Just bought another 10 tickets - that's 20 in total now. Don't think I will be able to get anymore. Good luck once again.

Tickets finally bought!  good luck with the walk. Fortunate to never been directly touched by cancer but other things instead so a hospice likely to be in our future at some point.

Another 15 tickets purchased to take my total up to 20.  I'd also like to offer another prize.  Please add #40138-1 Christmas Train to the list.

@Legoboy it is absolutely stunning to see how the set of DFB Figs snowballed into this giant ball of goodness *High five James*

I like Legostar's suggestion above of promoting this more as we get closer to the draw. Perhaps you can create an official Facebook post for general population that has a list of all the prizes, then we can all share/like the post to spread it out. Brickset should see a big bump in visitors and new members just solely because of this lottery.

With help from the great @samiam391, I'm happy to say Binx the Bunny Furry Creatures #31021 is going in the pile too after all!

So the winner knows they aren't just getting a great Lego set, but one with a lot of love behind it. Just as with all these fantastic prizes from the various Bricksetters, all efforts going to a great cause.

I was thinking we could all get the word out for James. Less for him to do. A few simple posts each, here in the forum and on the article on the main page, sharing the task as a community, letting as many bricksetters know as possible what's going on.

If everybody reading this reposted the "I support James..." message into the article on the brickset front page, I think we could get the article back into view? Treating posts like retweets, showing our support as one awesome community.

I support @Legoboy walk 100km. You can too.  Take part in the awesome Brickset community saying up yours to cancer.

Then raise awareness by posting the message in other threads because there is only one week left to buy tickets. Write/print the message out and take a pic of it with your sigfig. :o) Or just ask other members have you seen @Legoboy's charity raffle thread in the charity sales section in conversation.

Every single £1 counts. Every message of support counts. We are community. We are BRICKSET.

Foot and ankle have survived well over the past couple of days, despite walking in and out of various castles, fish and chip and sweet shops and stuff.  A true British holiday.  Shame my wife's afraid of heights.  ;)

Appointment with foot specialist on Tuesday and hopefully the cortisone injection.  Get in!!

Actually quite optimistic, today.  Will see again on Wednesday.  Lol.

Home tomorrow.  Back to training.  Back to real pain.

    ^ I love the optimism.

I think this is very much a case of the taking part being much more important than the winning so nobody should feel they haven't bought enough tickets. Every one counts.

I lost my father in law back in March, 7 weeks from diagnosis to passing. He was only in Marie Curie for 1 night but the help and support they offer during and especially after is beyond amazing. Places like this and Thames Hospice rely on donations to help keep them going and no matter how little or large, every penny means something. I have just donated £10, I'm sure everyone would love to donate more but the support from this community has just shown how little contributions can add up to a substantial donation. @Legoboy the very best of luck for your walk, we will all be willing you on.

That's only available in the super-rare Hoth wampalacc.  It's real because I just made it up.  And I'm pretty sure it's in the Assault on Hoth.

Admittedly, I had to squint to see the proof.

Shouldn't you just see his legs and feet?  Perhaps I need to watch ROTJ again....

Okay, over the course of this weekend I will start allocating ticket numbers.  There are a few however that didn't leave their Brickset IDs in the comment box which is no big deal but I have just sent emails to each of those missing requesting it.  Please can you keep an eye out for my email and send me a PM asap in return?

If you don't receive an email from me requesting your Brickset ID there is no need to PM me.

Just double dipped on the tickets, the prize pool is awesome. Suspect will be in for more tickets before this ends........ I love the fact that almost every post is someone adding a prize. Oh except this one better go and have a look in the lego loft!
