Will wait for it to arrive to see how they can best be utilized - most likely in some future MOCs.
I'm a new AFOL, have built a bunch of sets with my nephew over the years, but only recently started buying my own sets. It's a rabbit hole!
(Ps. He is a she ;-) )
When I first came to these boards and was trying to figure out what sets I had from childhood (I had my sister's, my brother's, and my sets), it took me a while to find them all but I did it on my own because I thought it was fun. But the Basic sets were the hardest because the specialized parts are usually what helps narrow things down and they don't really have any. I linked the set that I inevitably found to be the one that my brother had as a kid, but it was easier to determine because I had the bucket and memories of other parts that might not have made it through, as well as knowledge of the approximate year when it was purchased.
Still, the reveal that @Snipsa also has set 6629 likely narrows down the cannidate Basic sets. 1981 has a goodly amount of Basic sets:
http://brickset.com/sets/theme-Basic/year-1981
and they have the parts shown. They do have the Red Frames and Yellow Doors/Shutters. None have a bucket and most only come with two puppets (one of each) but perhaps what you have is two of those sets.
Looking at the remaining bricks there were definitely two of each of these sets, but a lot of the bricks for the second sets are missing - would say I'm at 70% for each - thus not worth the hassle of searching for/buying the missing ones. Would rather keep the extras for MOC's.
I am certain there is at least one more (different) set lurking between the remaining bricks, but haven't yet figured them out.
I am also certain there is at least one Basic Set also in there.
Thanks again for all the help.
The remaining lot:
The three I've figured out thus far:
It's definitely some shell sets as well as at least parts of one castle set. Anybody want to render any guesses as to the exact sets? - Also obviously some road base plates.
Once more I don't yet have the sets in hand, will get them hopefully early next week. And can then post pics of any individual pieces I find interesting.
Ps. figured out the rest of the previous lot I posted, were 2 incomplete lots of the basic brick set, so no other sets I could figure out in there...
Based on the 4444p03 Panel 2 x 5 x 6 Wall with Black Stripes Pattern and the 2345pb05 Panel 3 x 3 x 6 Corner Wall with Scattered Stones Dark Gray Pattern, it looks like there should be at least part of a #6074 Black Falcon's Fortress.
In the photo of the baseplates, I see the instructions for #6061 Siege Tower, plus there are the two black 4444 Panel 2 x 5 x6 Walls and one 4444p02 Panel 2 x 5 x 6 Wall with Scattered Stones Dark Gray Pattern (plus one extra 4444p02) that should go with that set.
Also, in the photos of windows/doors/minifigs, there appears to be a blue 4033 Window 1 x 4 x 3 Train with All Studs Hollow, with a trans-yellow 3855a Glass for Window 1 x 4 x 3 - old style with circle. The trans-yellow glass only appeared in two sets, #6970 and #6927, and only one of those, #6927, used the train window frames.
And, the 4229 light gray engine strakes only appeared in a handful of sets.
But, unless there are more parts not pictured, some of these sets look very incomplete.
Once again, I come to ask for help. 4 pictures, and some unknown parts I have never encountered before. First up, blue car: is this part of a Harry Potter set? Or something else?
(2) Cyborg Tecnic man: I love Tecnics, and I wish they would bring back the Tecnic “minifigure”. But this fellow has a gray leg and a robot arm. What set does he belong to?(3) Giant wing: (I include the Tecnic Cyborg for Scale.) This is now (outside of plates) the largest single Lego “piece” I own. What sort of aircraft is it? What set?
(4) Pink heads, the owl, and the beaver hat: The owl came from a different search then the car, but is it Harry Potter again? I have found “Toy Story”, and “Legend of Chema” set figures with variation on the classic yellow, but are these heads Lego mini figure heads? Also, is the billed beaver hat from Lego, and what set?
The Technic figure is from the "competition" range in 98/99: http://brickset.com/sets/containing-minifig-tech001
Looking at the stickers on the wings, it seems to be from the 2010 Airport set 3182 http://brickset.com/sets/3182-1/Airport
The beaver hat is from the CMF Series 5 lumberjack.
The photo is poor, but the top head is batman and the third down is Anakin. Not sure on the other two.
SprinkleOtter Yes, thank you, it is from a batman set, featuring "Two face" still working on the rebuild. I would have never guessed it from the white headband.
scrumper yep, I have some of the Toy story parts. But it’s in such a mess, I might not be able to rebuild. I might just have to put the whole thing up for trade. Many Thanks.
vizzitor Confirmed, yes I believe you are right on the Harry potter car, and owl. I have fragments of the Hogwarts Express. Many thanks for that and the ID on Tecknic mini figure. On the airplane wing: Yes it’s in set http://brickset.com/sets/3182-1/Airport
My rebuild seems to lien that way. But I also have parts from. http://brickset.com/sets/60022-1/Cargo-Terminal including. 4539385 and the conveyer belt http://brickset.com/parts/4597139 but none of the tail section for ether one. However, I do thank you for your help.
Thanks to one and all for your help.
found this horse saddle in a lot. where is it from ?
Any clues would be greatly appreciated, or even set numbers/names that may have included this piece.
Thanks in advance fellow Bricksetters!

Bottom:
The parts are screwed together and the yellow 2x2 seems to be a steady part of the set also, on the bottom i can insert a + stick to make it rotate, the effect of the upper site is (if any) not yet fully clear to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In my lot i now have identified and sorted sets from 23 diff series from 1991 up to 2012. So can't really put people into the proper direction.
Thanks, that's the one. (I'll toss it in the funbox then since i don't have the minifig or the cards.)
And spinner... i never thought of that.
I think the first parts are from some sort of pirate ship. The second parts are train tracks?
Possibly from a train?
I think tracks are http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3230b , http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3229b and http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3228b
^ I actually found some more of the straight track after taking those pictures.
It looks like they would link up together to form some sort of chain-like structure. Could someone help me identify them? Thanks!

Brickset says the torso's(upper part 3489) from Brick Bank but even the minifigs pictured doesn't have the same print. What set is it really from?
(or figure: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?M=twn252 )
It's a brand new replacement for 4275491 (without pockets) which is in quite a few sets. However the old part is in some copies of Brick Bank - perhaps even all of them so far - even though the newer one is listed.
If there's a new production run of Palace Cinema, which seems unlikely, it could also end up in that.
EDIT: whoops, missed the last page of results and didn't see that TigerMoth had already answered this.
They can come from anywhere. You see inventories that have come from instruction manuals, presumably the online versions. Sometimes, someone will misjudge a colour completely - for the whole set of pieces in that colour. Prints, particular for minifigs can be pure guesswork - I imagine from the unclear renderings on the replacement parts site. Eventually, things usually get fixed.
