Just bought #70594 The Lighthouse Siege and a large PAB cup of bricks, so also got the #40221 Fountain free gift as well...
I've been looking forward to both of these sets, so I'm very glad to have been able to pick them up.
tell me what you think of the light house, i been thinking about it. but some feed back on the set would be good.

#40161, #60134, #76025, #76058 plus #41568 & #41569. The Mixels were just to get me over the free shipping threshold, not so bad, means extra MOC parts...

should have been over the free shipping price twice over.
that lot would be over £100 with out the mixels.
just how badly are you lot in Australia shafted by lego prices?

AU$200 to get free shipping, considering TLG has a warehouse in Sydney, which is where it's all shipping from... Myer is $100, Target is $75, so with TLG, it feels pretty narky they want $200+ for free shipping.

Just bought Fun In The Park, a Power Functions receiver and some PaB parts, just to get the fountain.

I've been at the Suffolk Show all day (and again tomorrow!) so wasn't expecting to get any of the new sets today, but was surprised to find a stall selling old polys and CMFs to raise funds for charity so picked up 30284 Creator Tractor  and series 13 Disco Diva, Carpenter and Mrs Cyclops as I didn't get them at the time.

I just ordered Fun in the Park and Infernox Captures The Queen, and I'm getting the Fountain! So excited about all these sets!

Finally picked up the Fun in the Park set, alongside the motor and battery box for my Ferris Wheel, the Wicked Witch Dimensions pack, and a Notebook that came with letter tiles (one can never have too many letters), to get the free Fountain set and the Legoland voucher. Does the voucher work only in US Legolands or will I be able to use it in Malaysia too?

In NZ it's NZD400, which translates to USD270. Also prices of Lego sets are quite a bit higher too.

    and for myself:

    on order, From Argos.
Creator #31026: Bike Shop and Café

    for £45.99

i am shocked that i found this at that price.
i had to beg mum, and when i say Beg. i mean beg.

ps, all the good will i had saved up with my mother is now back down to 0. and has this time moved in to -100. and i Quote her here "if you ask for money no mater what it is for. i will hit you with a stick." (i think she is going on about a walking stick we have. i have no idea ware it came from. but it good for opening high windows.)
any how it was at this point that i left the room as fast as i could to let her cool down.
i may say hello to her some time around Christmas and not get shouted At. :/

oh well i got a hard to Find lego set i wished to own at under RRP out of it.
at a price that is dam close to some of the good price's you could get when it was still listed on Shop@home. now i lucky to find it for under £75 so to pick it up for £46 is out right shocking.

*dose the happy dance "Quietly"* better not disturb "The Mother". that way lies pain.

LEGO Brand Store - Haul (June 1st.)

I stood for about an hour deciding if I should get #42056 - Porsche 911 GT3 RS however in the the end I decided not to get one; I was so close!

My main goal yesterday was to get the promo as I've been waiting for it since the leaked images late 2015, didn't realise it would take this long for it to be released. I had the Detective's Office planned for early 2017, I'm so glad I got it out the way and got the promo without purchasing the retail sets that I don't see any value in.

    10246 - Detectives Office

    40221 - Fountain

I really want to like this set, technically it seems brilliant, but it reminds me of a car I see when I cut through a rough estate locally to go through the Tyne Tunnel - an old Ford Cougar that someone has stuck things to to try and make it look like a Porsche. Also on said estate is an ancient Jag x-type that has been painted bright orange with the confederate flag on the roof and "01" on the front driver and passenger door. Best of all though is the builder's van for "George Bush builders" - on the back doors of the Transit is painted "Airforce One".

Completed the Disney CMF's.  Sounds like just in time as at least my local store says they have been informed they will be getting no more.  Decided to get the remainder of the Scooby Doo sets.  Bought some Mixels for the for the first time.  Went for the pirates theme.  Lastly of course got the new Creator fountain as a bonus.  Oh no forgot also picked up more Ninjago.  Had always thought the Temple would be my first and last purchase of Ninjago but am collecting several dragons from that line now.

I purchased the Architecture sets - Big Ben & Eiffel Tower yesterday for myself.  Now waiting for them to be delivered tomorrow. Last time I owned any sort of construction set was in the 1960s, and that was Betta Bilda.

Recently, I have started to purchase Birthday/Christmas presents for grandchildren and others, and am on a Lego theme this year. One set I purchased was the Pirates Brick Bounty and was very tempted to open the box and build it.  So I decided I quite fancied building something for myself when I saw that the new Big Ben set is being released in July.  As a VIP I'm hoping to get a set on the 15th June from my nearest Lego store. Planning to be there when they open the doors! So in the meantime the Architecture sets will suffice, and when I tire of them, I am sure my older grandchildren will most certainly give them a home.

Maybe I'm starting to get hooked on Lego!

Having never dabbled with Chima before, I bought two copies of the Final magazine in a Charity shop at lunchtime for 50p each.  One had Lundor on the front and the other Worriz.  Quite nice and I'm sure I'll find a use for them.

I've just bought a load of plastic ziplock bags in various sizes from an eBay seller, so that I can carefully store all my precious minifigs / stickered pieces / printed pieces / other delicate pieces in their containers.

So, I'm now looking forward to an evening of going through my collection and doing just that! :-)

Building some Classic Space MOCs is on my Lego to-do list, so, after doing the math, I snatched up this eBay lot of very incomplete command sections from #493 Command Center and #6970 Beta I Command Base for $47 shipped.

Going by Bricklink average prices, there are about $65 worth of trans-yellow, printed parts, and windows.

(The small window frames are only worth about $0.15 each, but their glass inserts also fit the 4033 train windows.)

The 1x6x5 prints are in good enough shape, although both have some condition issues, most noticeably on the satellite print, which has a somewhat deep scratch right below the tip of the wrench.

^ You've got some nice parts there, but a lot more to find to complete the sets. You've got the two "screen" parts, which is good, but you're missing the TV aerials, which can be relatively expensive.
The trans-yellow pieces look in good shape from the pictures, so that's a bonus, but I think you'll want to replace the 6x8 blue plates, as they don't look like they're in very good shape.
You've got some good condition 1x2 blue bricks with the Classic Space logo as well. The gold hasn't faded much. Nice!
They are two of my absolute favourite sets, so I wish you well in bringing them up to scratch!
    :-)
Edited to add: Ahh, re-read your post... Bought for MOCs... Then you've got some good pieces, but can I tempt you into trying to renovate / complete the sets? ;-)
    Either way, nice find... :-)
