this is a good find @TheMaker37,
without reading all of the post i dont know what you payed. but dam that a lot of good set's and the fun just going over them to work out what what.
Tough for the seller. (We are in the process of selling my late brother in law's condo which we made accessible last summer and his wheelchair van, and realize how fortunate we are to be alive and able to walk.) Count your blessings each day!
Score! That's an awesome set.
I would make an extensive list of all the parts missing in Excel and then make a few Bricklink orders to collect them all after going through all the sets. Then sell them as complete. You will get many more interested buyers and much more profit at 100% than 97-99% complete.
There is a monetary line where re-acquiring the figures may be more expensive than what would will get for a 100% complete set. I would expect the minifigure-less sets to sit much longer.
There is an awesome amount of dust on that set!
