FS (UK) 71006 Simpsons House and 10234 Syndey Opera House

For sale, UK only due to size.

I never truly wanted these, but when I had the chance to buy at a slight discount I caved in. However, the proof is that Sydney Opera House has been sitting in a cupboard forever - I just don't have the space to build and display it. The Simpsons House I started with my lad but we both lost interest due to other things going on right now so has sat in the corner of a room unfinished. So to free up some funds and space, here is for sale....

Box has a fair bit of shelf wear, quite tatty so definitely for building, not collecting. All the bags inside are, complete, sealed and new.

#71006 Simpsons House
Box in very good condition though opened. We started the build, so all bags numbered 1, and I think the first bag 2. All the other bags 2, 3 and whatever is in there are still sealed as new. Picture is how far we got to give you some idea of what is used and what is still new. Stickers are not applied.

Delivery to UK address. I'd probably send via Collect+ which I guess is less than a tenner on each set, or collect from Kent.

    That did seem great value, if i'd had the money sitting around, I would probably have gone for it myself.
