Wanted: Complete Kingdoms set

I would like to get a set from one person but will gladly buy one piece at a time, I'm in the US. I don't need Joust as I'll get it from [email protected] but everything else I need, please let me know what you have and a price for it with shipping to 15025. This is for my personal collection and not for resale.
