    @Rsa33 How did you buy the instructions? He says to go on his website and that at the bottom of the page of the creation, there would be a link but I don't see any.

    Brick built animals for a LUG display next weekend. It's tied to a performance of the Lion King, so I'm working on a pride rock scene.

    My Rafiki needs a do over and there are some other refinements, but progress is being made.

    Found the model at rebrickable, though it still points to the same link when you click the buy instructions button.

    At least there is a list of parts shown.

    It was indeed purchased off of ebay, but it's no longer offered for sale by him.  I would try contacting through eurobricks.

    @sweetness34 Is it pretty straightforward to build the brownstone mirrored like that? I have multiple pet shops for that very reason. Looks great!

    @pharmjod

    It is pretty strait forward.  The hard part is to get you brain to reverse the instructions as your putting the pieces together. I did not have to add or delete any pieces.

    For the blue pet shop I changed just one piece.  For the spelled out words in the middle white column I switched a white 1x1 brick with side stud to a 1x1 with studs on two sides so I could attach a plate to both sides.

    @DNA  I love that!  I have one sitting in a box I need to pull it out and try out various heads on them!

    @DNA - credit to your 4YO for finishing that build. That arch would greatly trouble my 6YO, so the determination and commitment to give his Uncle's girlfriend that gift is commendable!

    Who can guess the set?
  • Panda_HeroPanda_Hero Member Posts: 24
    @madejp86 uh, uh, 3056 Go-Kart?!

    Nope, it's a early 90s set
  • bandit778bandit778 Member Posts: 2,398
    My guess is #6984 Galactic Mediator.

    Reconfigured some of my bumper cars and added a couple of new ones. May need to re- do the bumper car moc onto a bigger base plate to accommodate more cars.

    Ha!
    @MaffyD
    No, this one was down to looking up the parts on Bricklink, managed to find the set from part 6061 (2 x 4 x 2 Brick) that sits on the wing panel.

    I may need to get out more.  :)

    ^ Well, not that I'm the "Lego identification rules police" or anything, but that is suitably impressive! :-)

    Fab plane by the way - liked the way they got the angles on the wings. Still not sure about Black Panther's head piece. My son loves it though!
    Helps that Black Panther's torso is visible in bag 2...

    it was recognizable from the shape of the wings and the way bricks are stacked on them for a second set of identical wings. I think it is a distinctive feature of this ship.

    Here are links to download the HTML Building instructions and the LDD file. Sorry for the double post but the site wouldn't let me edit my post with these links.

    Well, I could've posted a single brick... But I'm not evil.

    How about this one:

  • bandit778bandit778 Member Posts: 2,398
    Well as there is nothing on the telly I have a stab at #76048.
    And no I don't own it and yes I need help.

    Edit: without checking the inventory on whatever site has it or the instructions - I'm looking at you @bandit778 :-)

    Honestly not a clue (apart from the minifigs) as without Bricklink I would be absolutely useless at guessing these sets. :(

    I would say figs as well. and maybe the stickered parts, trans red panels and the very long slopes on the sides.

  • MaffyDMaffyD Member Posts: 3,579
    Wow. Do you guys ever go to sleep? :-) You are right - the long side panels were taken out (too obvious), and all the minifigs had been previously assembled by my youngest and were on his bedside table.
    The trans panels are in there somewhere, and the stickers were with the instructions, off to one side.

    Well, it's been a weekend where my gang have been doing most of the building:

    The sky castle in particular is a lovely build - the colours, the portal, the attention to detail...

    No pics yet, but been fleshing out the Batcave section of my Wayne Manor interpretation of the UCS Batcave and placing a few bricklink orders for it. I don't seem to het much building time these days so I think this will be a long project which is good as there's not much out or imminent that interests me from TLG right now.
