2nd hand - good example of buyer beware
I thought about bidding on this a while back but sounded too good to be true and has now proved to be as the buyer has left a neg.
listing ID from a well known auction site- 270885541348
For those that dont speak German, The seller states that this auction contains instructions, boxes or parts to build 10179, 10030, amongst others. I assume that the reason it went so high was the buyers who wanted it didnt use their eyes and notice that there were no instructions or boxes included for those sets but plenty of light grey parts...
whilst the listing itself looks like it has been cleverly written in such a way as to deceive, from a legal standpoint the seller would more than likely win if a case went to court.
If you flick thru the sellers FB it appears there is a history of negatives with Lego sales. it is also a little strange in that the seller waits a year or so from a batch of negs to start reselling. This conveniently would coincide
with the annual FB reset to 100%...

If it looks to good to be true it usually is - do your research!!
Mods - please note this is very carefully worded to avoid any future problems!
Posters - please do not add in sellers actual ID to any follow up discussions.
