Unfortunately, that looks like normal brick discoloration. I haven't built the 10212, but I have seen the exact same type of discoloration on other sets, including the older, minifig scale Imperial Shuttles. There are a bunch of threads on the forum regarding this, including this one which I thought was really informative:

I can assure you that as an owner of one fresh set opened and built at the time it was still in production, mine has variances, not only across the model, but even within the same parts on said model. Whitey-white, grey white, blue white, creamy white, it all adds to the weathered look!
