Mine is probably my AT-AT it's not my bigest set ever but I just really love that set.

    This is a tough question. I think from the sheer scale of it, I would have to say #10212. I just love the spaceship and I always wanted the Hasbro version when I was a kid, but never got it. I then first bought #75094 when it came out, but soon dismantled it once I managed to snag a used #10212. It just doesn't compare, even though I do wish #10212 had the opening door.


     

    I do own #10221, but I have not had the time nor space to build it yet. But my guess is that the SSD and #75060 would be joint 2nd.
