i dont int think the branding on the box is too important, it only needs to have the spiderman image on it to connect it to the show and to Disney and that is all kids need to see.

DC = Batman Beyond (Terry)
Sorry - I assumed that you'd already got that one because you said "another". £26 is a lot for a minifig, I agree...
Also, this guy:
agents of shield in the marvel expansion packs....... I would LOVE to see them in actual minifig form!
(Masters of evil and the others look promising too..)
Now on to comics: he mostly appears in x-men franchise and since there's an extreme lack of x-men based sets, I don't see him coming as a minifig in that form, cause there will be other priorities to make in the x-men franchise... If you can get him in 76041, I'd get it.. I bought the set and I quite liked the looks of it..
Ooh, you've inadvertently wandered down the "differing degrees of definitive death" cul-de-sac.
Coulson actually died, and has notably not appeared in a movie since then - his 'recovery' was explained entirely within AOS.
Loki - fell to an unknown fate (FTAUF). There is no easier way of ensuring a character's return than a fall out of shot/panel. Depending on what happens to them, they may not suffer any consequences.
Nick Fury - faked it, and came back in the same movie.
Groot - almost died but has a sort of 'healing factor', and again came back in the same movie.
Bucky - FTAUF.
Which brings me on to QS: he didn't fall (except to the floor with lots of holes in him), it wasn't planned so he couldn't fake it, he doesn't have a healing factor that we've seen (he is not The Flash) and any 'We have the best doctors working at saving him' scene isn't shown during the movie, so the chances of that being done in a subsequent movie are very, very slim. Especially when there are dozens of alternate characters to show instead of him. Also: 'always on' super-speed can break a movie plot quite easily and requires a lot of messing around by the director to avoid utter carnage.
I bricklinked QS for £13 which I thought was reasonable. Please don't FTAUF - you're not a superhero so those rules don't apply!! :-)
WB'e track record isn't assuring.
I'd rather they just tweaked/remade him and stuck him in a new DC set sooner rather than later (especially if he'd be in a "movie version costume" if I waited.
PERIOD!
Err... are you married to @xiahna?
I second this. A Batman Beyond is long overdue. Maybe even drop in an old man Dick Grayson/Nightwing?
would be great if they did a special Return of the Joker set, Terry/Batman, Old Bruce, Joker, Old Tim/Robin.
stays together!
