BendyBadger's Back - Bonus Ball draw now on again. Win a #5001622

Hi all,

Sorry to have been away for a while but the good news is the bonus ball draws are back.  If you have not participated before then this is how to enter.

1. Answer the question.
2. That's it.  You now have been allocated a number which is the number of your post. First 59 entries will get a number
3. Wait for the UK national lottery draw bonus ball to be picked. If your number matches then you win.
4. What do you win?  This week the prize is #5001622 Lego Store Employee polybag

The question for this weekends draw is "Which set would you show to someone to impress them that Lego is more that a kids toy?"

I love to show people the Ferris Wheel.

Good luck all.

The majority of people who view my Lego collection immediately comment on the Modulars. They're always impressed by the size of 10224 Town Hall "I didn't know Lego made such huge buildings". How many kids want a large office building as a toy?

I think I'd go for #8043 Technic Excavator. Its a complex build, doesn't immediately scream Lego to the viewer and borders on a more *grown up* RC vehicle.

I'd say #21302 : The Big Bang Theory because it essentially is just a bit of decoration with none of the typical play features.

#10220 VW T1 Camper Van, I had a coworker that had one on display at work that got tons of "wow I didn't know LEGO made sets for adults" comments than any other set he ever displayed.

Can folks from the US enter? If not sorry for messing up the indexing.

A welcome return for Bendy badgers bonus ball bonanza.
I'd plump for #10226 Sopwith Camel, just so it's a bit different from all my UCS Star Wars ships.

    Welcome back!
Probably I'd show them not a set but a book like Beautiful Lego which really shows Lego in a whole different way,  as an art form.

It would have to be the Winter village sets for me, that is how I converted both my Mum and my Sister who now both proudly have their own sets, If I had to choose a favourite set from that theme it would be #10249 the winter toy shop but it was a close tie with the winter village market.

I'll go with London Bridge 10214, although the Ferris Wheel would be my other choice.

    Welcome back BB.

I'd show the VW Camper as I think it appeals to adults more than to kids.

I would have to say #75060 of the current sets I own as it looks the dogs danglys on its stand .
Of all the sets that have been available I would have to go with the Sydney Opera House.

    Great to have you back.

Probably the architecture sets, because I know a lot of architecture nerds who would be wowed by that before anything else.

Good question, fun to have another draw a well, although you do know that wasn't the main reason we were missing you! But welcome back!

I'd say the #10242 mini-cooper, not my favourite set but it's seems that most people don't even realise it's made out of Lego until you point it out....

@eggshen it's worldwide fun with these draws!

My Slave1 at the moment.  Looks amazing on Display.  But normally the Grand Carousel.
