@cheshirecat - cool! Do you want more? My Tesco had about 12 probably,  I can go back for them if you want?
There were purple and green ones as well as yellow.

My birthday today and my wife and boys got me #75103 which was a really nice surprise, looking forward to putting that together soon as I can. Also got an Amazon delivery due later including Carbon Freezing Chamber. Good day :)

Paid a visit to the Metrocentre today for another look at the GB HQ - almost bought it today after seeing the second built display model in-store (one in the shop window, closed up and one in the middle of the shop in a case, partially opened. They had 2 available to buy and the front one on shelf looked a little beat up.

Decided to wait a short while (the current freebie in store isn't much of an enticement), but not before the wife agreed to put £100 towards it when I do pick one up (that's a first).

Lots of half price Mixels, Chima keyrings and a few items reduced a little with seriously bashed up boxes - including a big Helicarrier with lots of  creases and a huge hole punched in the side with a whopping 10% off.

I finished up sorting my instructions. I had them in plastic folders in ringbinders, lying flat but it was a hassle to find them. Invested some money in boxes and hanging folders (after a lot of debate because obviously that is money that could be spend on Lego) but happy with the result. Now it's easy to find something again. The polybag instructions are still in a ringbinder, otherwise it would become a bit cluttered. Might still colour-code them.

    Very happy now!
    That is epic.
But I also get a chance to ask my favourite unanswered question - where do you keep your #10188 instructions? (For the record the one answer I did get of storing it protected by #10179 doesn't really count!)
If I was @snowhitie I'd store the plans for #10188 in the memory banks of an R2 unit..... I'll get my coat.

I have instructions in plastic wallets in a few ring binders, but I've run out of space in them now.

You could find them in the Internet so you don't have to buy them.

well i just open my #60044 set, and found bag 2 had bust open,
so i did a speed run over the instructions for bag 2.
with luck, none of the parts are missing. which is good as when i looked close at the box i can see that its glue on one end of the box was week and there was a place for part to fall out. and this happened when it was still with lego, as there is a official lego seal tag on it to help hold it closed. the type you only see on big set's.
this set for them forum members who don't know is a push on cardboard to brake seal box. like most of the small set's are.
so i am happy i dont have to wait to Monday to phone lego again.
    i got so lucky.
there was a real risk for missing parts.

^ You're very lucky. But I'm sure Lego would have replaced any missing parts without a problem.

oh i know this, only "I HATE TO WAIT"
i am a "i have to have it Now" type person.
and as my the Kwik-E-Mart misprinted homer head shows it takes a hell of a long time to ship replacement part to me.
i phoned lego about the misprinted homer head on 11 Jan 2016, it moved to shipped on the 21 Jan 2016. 10 days +shipping time (still not got it at this point) is a long time to wait to build a item. that why i am happy i did not need to request part's.
i not build it yet so i may still need parts but from what i can tell it all there.

Sadly nothing as worthwhile as fairy bricks this time. Parts for a Blacktron moc. Hence the exclusively yellow and black mixels.

    Feeling a little sad today.
I decided that I had to pack away my Winter Village and clear some space in my Living Room.

But now I am looking forward to buying either the Detective Office or Brick Bank. :)

I also desperately need to clear some space. I think the 2015 Creator sets will have to get bagged up and the 2015 vignettes. I may also pack away Wall-e & Exo-Suit so I can actually build something without feeling guilty not having anywhere to put it.

decided to let brickbank and petshop sit for another week!

    BUT
i did wash all my lego in the washing machine at the weekend and did extensive state of the art sorting by color and type. sadly the 1970's red and white 2x4's did deform!
lots of classic town ready to build again.

    also
my nephew didnt want to give me the djinn blade from coles dragon after building it and really digging it. shouldnt have told him that zane is trapped in it.

Dusting all my sets on display, now I'm glad I don't have to many out and rotate them so not too many get dusty at the same time.... Nice glass display cases would be even better obviously ;) listening to a good audiobook as well, so not too bad.

I'm trying to build the energy to build something! I'm home on sick leave, I've gotten myself into a fine case of pneumonia, and I'm staring at boxes with no energy to build. Childhood me would be shouting at me right now! I'm gonna start small... with a 1/2 price #30294 I found at Target.

Built #8863 last night. Bought it used at the thrift store, but complete with the box, manuals, and all bags unopened. It was a nice change of pace from sorting through massive piles of parts trying to piece together a set.

Successful charity shop trip on Sunday. First shop had the book for £2, the next shop the bag of pieces for another £2. Turned out to be part of #6389 Fire Control Centre. Been looking for a shutter set up for a MOC for a while now!

After successful Sunday came Merry Monday. A mate was having a clear out and said he'd send a few left over minifigures he didn't want. Box of about 50 with a couple of small sets turned up!
