    A box arrived on Friday and hearing that special sound when I shook it, handed it to the wife for inspection and opening. my first two presents are under the tree! thanks to my secret Santa.

    Just dropped mine in the mail. I might be cutting it close for delivery. Fingers crossed it makes it to my secret santa before the 25th!

    Sorted mine - sent before the weekend. I'm waiting eagerly for the postie to deliver one here. Nothing so far.... That already gives me some clues who my SS might be.

    All I got today were bills and junkmail. Bah!

    Still nothing at my place - I can't help but think I've got a person who's having problems doing their gift, or I've got a person waiting to somehow secure me a 2016 set that I want. I really hope for the latter more than the former, that's for sure!

    I can't seem to get hold of @rancorbait either so I'm unable to find out when my SS gift might be sent so I can be in the house for it's arrival.

    My own parcel was sent a while ago though, and I'm really hoping my recipient likes it...

    I should add that I'm not overly worried about not having received mine yet. The last posting date for 1st class isn't for another week yet so I don't want my Secret Santa to feel too pressurised :-) 
    Plus it should be going to my work address so it's got until the 23rd to arrive. 

    Edit -  Whoop! Just been sent some tracking info! It's on its way! Huzzah!

    Also still waiting patiently here for SS.  I'm pretty sure BrickLinking and shipping of a Grand Carousel would take quite awhile.  hehehe.  Although, just the shipping would go over the suggested amount.  

    I really hope the package was intact for my SS recipient.  It was stuck for 4 days in Florida before moving on.  I don't have visions of sugarplums dancing but of a tractor running over the package.  Yikes.  Although Lego surely could stand up to that, the presentation of the gift would be lost.  Fingers crossed that it was whole and that the giftee will like it.  This was our first year.

    Fair warning to my SS and which I told CapnRex upon entry, I will not be able to ship my gift until very close to Christmas due to certain factors outside of my control. Thus, it will most likely arrive a few days after Christmas. I realize this semi-ruins the secrecy of SS for my recipient, but I thought that I needed to mention it so they don't worry...

    Rest assured though, I'll make sure to make the gift great due to its lateness :)

    I wouldn't worry - as @LIT said there's still time yet! And as you can see from the thread, there are still people posting theirs at the moment.

    May I just congratulate you on a most excellent Christmas tree!  One can never have too much tinsel.

    Sadly, Mrs Boo prefers to take the subtle approach, so I have to indulge my love of glitzy decorations by going potty in the office.  Our team's area certainly stands out!

    @BooTheMightyHamster, why thank you. My house is a bit ott at Christmas. The tree is about 8feet tall!! Which means lots of space for prezzies

    @BooTheMightyHamster seems like you have the same discussion then in our house. however, I gave in a couple of years ago and we've got three kinds of tinsel in our tree now! I have to confess it grew on me....

    I collected my SS present from the Sorting Office today (even a massive queue there!) and it is making lots of lovely rattly noises when shaken.

    Mine is all packed and off to the Post Office shortly.

    I think it's safe now to say that, at some point in the lastfew weeks, I posted my Secret Santa package (or parcel) so hopefully he (or she) will have received it by now. Merry Christmas!!

    Happy to say I did send my gift off a couple weeks ago, and he or she may have already gotten it! ;) Still patiently awaiting mine, but I know mail is slow getting over here so I'm not too worried!

    I received my SS parcel the other day. I will admit, it's not as big as the one I got last year, but still VERY exciting to have some rattly presents for me! :o)

    Contrary to the info on the shipping label, I don't think my presents contain 30 Hulk polys... :oP
