I respect the work of everybody here working for this site, but really, if it wasn't for all the images and review published on this site of the related sets, I would have achieved my starting purpose not to know a single particular about episode 7 (and it was not easy anyway). The world hasn't come to an end, but definitely I would have preferred a lot more attention about spoilers problem.
    Stay off the internet?

Seriously.  That's the only way you're going to avoid being spoiled, minor or major, for this machine that is Star Wars.  Beyond this, upon seeing something like the pics in this thread, you could quickly avert your eyes and shut down the page.  It's your choice if you want to stare at them, looking at detailed ship designs, characters, geographical names, etc.

Obviously I didn't look at pictures and I didn't read the reviews, if I did I would have blamed only myself. It's just a question that most of the time you come into Brickset you can find - in a way or another - a pic related to episode 7; even if you don't stare at something you can learn something about that, after catching a glimpse of it for a hundred of time . For the rest, I can guarantee you that I didn't see on purpose any trailer or read any article about the subject, and that internet is far less invasive than TV (actually I don't have one).

Wait until the first showing is over. Within five minutes the whole story will be all over the internet and everyone will know that Luke ...

Hmm, this set does not seem to clarify for me anything. The first thing I thought of when I saw that face was that it looked like Anakin's minifig from the more recent Ep. 3 sets, because of the dark circles around the eyes. It could be Luke, with the same strain of the Dark Side taking its toll on him; but I think it's unlikely. Who knows? So, fret not, everyone; no huge spoilers have been given out. :D

Btw I would love to get this set for the colors! Bacon flag, orange tree leaves, dark sand brown slopes....and a cheap set with the new lightsaber blade!

Any site that has any information about anything will be a spoiler for something, otherwise the site might as well not exist.

I picked up a couple of the new 2016 city sets at Tru today. Surprised to see them out so early. Picked up the Rally Car and the garbage truck. They had about 8 of the new ones out.

New Star Wars photos are out; most of which are better, more detailed images of upcoming sets we've already seen. But the two remaining Microfighters have images now.

I was about to do the same thing at my local TRU last week.  Took 2 rally cars to the register where the clerk promptly took them and said I cant buy them.  "They should not be out till dec 1st."  I knew that but they were priced and on the shelf.  When I asked him to override it he simply said no and called his manager over so he could go take them off the shelf.  I left the rest of our stuff there at the checkout, and told him "if it wasnt for your coupons I would never shop here, I will just get them at target".  Also went back to the shelf, took a picture, and later called TLG corporate and told them to have a rep check that store for early releases. I HATE TRU!

I was really looking forward to Star Wars Microfighters Series 3, but with no OT sets I'm now thinking about another UCS set. The question is, do I go for Slave 1 or wait for an (as yet unknown) 2016 set?

Hmm....I would go for the Slave 1. My personal favorite is 7181 TIE Interceptor, but that is probably super expensive now.

    ^^ If there's a possibility we're going to get a UCS A-wing (#75143) or Snowspeeder (#75144) in 2016 then I may wait...

Well, #75140 appears to be a landing craft, so it would presumably have to operate in an atmosphere. But at the same time, that's what George Lucas created repulsorlifts for. I don't think most Star Wars vehicles are realistic in terms of how they take off or land.

At least most of them don't seem to smash into the wind every time they fly through the air, like this new ship seems to. Even the bulky Millennium Falcon is slightly rounded and angled. I don't like this new ship at all....it looks, frankly, stupid. xD

And you're right about the lack of realism in the Star Wars universe: they have freakin' lightsabers over there!

Nice Creator stuff, especially Lakeside Lodge. I keep wanting the cabins and not buying them and I think I really need to do something about that this time.

At first glance I thought Nexo Knights was silly and felt disappointed it wasn't a more traditional Castle theme, but then I went, "Actually... space knights... kind of has something... hey, this is like Visionaries!" So now I'm on board, which is nice because I only got into Chima after years of harrumphing about how it had ripped off Thundercats. I'm looking forward to seeing the currently secret Nexo Knights sets, too.

I will want all of these of course but I think I am most impressed with the warrior angel guy. Can't quite make out what the other guy with wings is supposed to be.

Does that faun have special legs or are they just normal legs colored brown? He's awesome regardless. I also like the knight, kendo warrior, farmer and the janitor is amusing.

I think they're jumping the shark with the animal costumes.

The skunk and pig are cool but give us a goat! They're harder to come by.

I don't feel that this is the best set ever. I'm not sure which series I'd pick, I'd have to look back at them all. I'd give it to series 14 just for the Halloween theme but not all of the figures are that spectacular. Too many zombies.

Not that it counts as a normal series, but Disney will probably be the best CMFs ever if they do them right.

I believe the 2016 Ninjago, Elves, and Speed Champions sets are launching in March (rather than in December or January like most of the themes we've gotten 2016 pics for), so it might still be a while before we see official images. And believe me, I'm as anxious for those pics as you are!

If it helps whet your whistle, somebody on Eurobricks shared this pic of the new Kai and Sqiffy minifigures (possibly snuck out of a factory somewhere, or maybe from polybags someone got ahold of early). I think these are OK to post here? If not, the mods can remove them.

It's not entirely new — it first showed up in White in #10247 Ferris Wheel. However, surprisingly, it hasn't shown up in any sets since then. #60130 Prison Island is the first set to use grey ones, and white ones are also being used again in #70602 Jay's Elemental Dragon from next year's LEGO Ninjago range.

It's true, especially more and more so lately. UK got Age of Ultron 1 week before the US did. In fact, the US was 4th to last in the world to get the official theater release. Barely getting it before Poland, Hungrystan, China and Japan.
