I thought this came out kind of cool using only CONTRAST to get this effect.
First attempt messing about with a new lens and I got a lot to learn. Got to get a tripod and sort out a defuser for the flash as its too bright, then its back to basics. It was fun though!
There's more on my flickr page here, by the by.
More here!
Happy Halloween!

It's a mighty fine vehicle. Kind of an overkill since they're fighting only those two lolz
Welcome to baking with Boba, where everyone's favourite bounty hunter kicks off his white rangefinder and gets busy in the kitchen. Today its Christmas Cupcakes!
First get all your ingredients and measure them out.
Add the ingredients into a bowl
Mix well
split evenly into cases and cook for 20mins in the oven (dont worry Boba's gloves are heat proof!)
Leave to cool (Boba likes to watch over them to make sure none go 'missing')
Coming up in part 2 - the cupcakes get decorated while Boba tangles with an evil mixer!
Back after the Xmas break, here is more Baking with Boba!
Now its time to make the buttercream. Using an electric mixer gives a nicer result, just be careful Boba!
Once its made, skim the cupcakes with the buttercream.
Now pipe the icing.
In true Blue Peter fashion, here are toppers we made earlier! Just pop a few on top of each.
All done! Now its time to kick back and enjoy.
Hope you enjoyed! Who knows what else Boba is going to get up too :)
(and sorry about some dodgy pics, had very little time, lots of cupcakes to make and no spare, I wanted a head in cupcake shot!)
Mowin' the lawn...
I guess it can be used as Yule Logs, too.
Looks nice but I think it should be a bigger set. Maybe we'll see a full fledged UCS Elves Tavern/Inn in the future.
It's been a while...
