Hi I have some used modulars for sale. I would prefer local pickup in Texas, I'm near Waco, Killeen, Temple area.but can ship.  I don't have paypal.  Built once and displayed. They have all the extra pieces, 100% complete, and the instructions in bag with the cardboard.  They are all in excellent condition.  The only box I have though is for the Palace Cinema.  I have purchased from Samiam391 and have traded with kwkw.  Please pm me.

    at that price I'd take the grand emporium almost without a doubt if you had Paypal.
