Vintage Boxed Sets for sale (US)

Hello!
I have recently acquired a lot of some vintage Lego sets, with boxes and instructions, and after evaluating them for completeness, I am ready to sell. The sets I am offering are: 105, 570, 709, 775, 780, and 948. Some of the sets are missing parts, but below you will find a list of exactly what is missing as well as the pricing I have in mind (not including shipping) and other important details. I will also be posting a link to my flickr album with pictures of the sets, boxes, parts, instructions, etc. I'm hoping these are priced to sell, as I priced them a little below the average prices on Bricklink, as I'm really just hoping to get back what I put into the lot.
105 Building Set - Complete with box, and there were no original instructions for this set - $30
570 Fire House - Box and instructions, missing some parts (listed below) Bricklink inventory and box photo shows a Lego logo sticker on the flag, but mine came with an American flag. The sticker is peeling on both sides and kind of worn (see photo) - $30

709 Police Boat - Complete with box and instructions, side life saver stickers missing, slightly misaligned sticker on one side of boat, minifig stickers looks worn down (see photos), clear parts a little cloudy - $20
775 Fire Fighter Ship - Box and instructions, missing three parts, seems to have all stickers - $30

780 Road Construction Set - Box and instructions, some tearing along creases of instructions, missing 2 parts, one of the red 4 x 12 plates has a slight crack and bending upward - $40
1 Black Turntable, 4 x 4, old type
948 Go-Kart - Box and instructions, missing 2 pieces, some pages separate from main instructions, not sure if they came like that (see photo), the white parts with the "9" sticker are quite worn, marked up, and bitemarks, sticker looks very old and discolored (see photo) - $20
