    What are the chances the December Hulk polybag is the same as the 2012 version/What's the longest time between releases previously, an "exclusive" polybag has made a 2nd appearance as some have?

    chances are slim to none. Just like how rocket raccoon got a variant, I expect this "December hulk" getting an age of ultron makeover as well

    No Halloween themed poly this year? Surprised the Christmas tree is being released SO close to Christmas. I'm sure it'll be out sooner than that.

    They may go light on Halloween poly's this year since the next series of CMF will be Halloween oriented

    I think they still will go Halloween. I'd like to see a trick or treat polybag scene if possible. Or a mini build of a haunted house.

    Consider in recent years the seasonal sets have been boxed, like #40090. This year it's vignettes instead of animals, like #40121. For Halloween 2015 I was anticipating something like a front door vignette with someone handing out candy and a kid in a costume. But yeah the CMF line would likely take the place of something like that too.

    Interesting, did you find more than one or just one? Just wondering if it is a one of that someone returned somehow to Target or if they are being sold at Target as well.

    Has anyone started seeing #30303 Joker Bumper cars yet? I'm guessing we will start seeing them available in the next few weeks.
    Thanks @iplante as it appears that other Targets are also getting the #30315 on their racks (YMMV Im guessing)

    I stopped at the closest LDC to me and they had sold out of the Joker Bumper Cars.  They did have #30312, #30314 and #30315, but I left them all behind.

    What was the last poly bag set for the city collection that was something you didn't ride?  I know there must be some recently, but I just cant think off the top of my head.  The Friends theme puts out plenty of non vehicle poly bag set, but the City theme is mostly ride oriented.

    #30303 Joker Bumper Car found at TRU in Chicago. They were hanging on pegs in the Lego aisle. 
    There were maybe 20 and I was able to buy a couple.

    I can confirm they are at TRU, at least in the Chicago Area, 3.99 USD at the store. My guess is many TRUs are putting them out today. At least it seems like these are readily found on end caps and you will not have to hunt for them in the store or ask an employee, but as always YMMV as I'm sure there will be TRUs trying to limit these.

    #30303 are out for sale in western NY,first time TRU here has ever put out a new polybag without the "spend $30" requirement.

    They have the space utility vehicle at a target in Milwaukee area... but I noticed they raised the prices thirty cents

    They've raised a couple out here in CA, too. What usually is $19.99 is $20.39 on the shelf.

    REMEMBER TO CHECK THEIR WEBSITE. Sometimes prices are cheaper there and they will will "price match" Target.com.

    Our Toys R Us sold out.....Lego store seemed to have plenty...does everyone think this will be a popular set?

    I saw the joker bumper car poly at Toys R Us in Danbury, Connecticut today. There were at least a few dozen (price checked at $3.99). They were all in these white bins at the end of the LEGO aisles. In one bin they were all under Chima, Star Wars and Christmas tree polys and the other they were all on top.

    Different TRUs have different setusp.. all the ones I saw were on a hook on an end cap, but I have also seen these appear in cardboard stands as well.

    I'm jealous... my TRUs have hundreds of those horrible Gareth (Brown Ninja) polybags.

    0 Joker's Bumper Cars at TRU Bellevue, WA. Apparently someone came in and bought all 50 they had yesterday.  :|

    In other news, they had #70800 Getaway Glider for a few bucks off, $9.98 on clearance.

    Found a lone Joker Bumper Car sitting on a shelf in the Kirkwood, MO TRU today. Very strange. Bought it, though! Didn't see any others.

    Isn't it the same Joker as in the sets? I understand the appeal of the bumper car itself, but is there anything really unique about this set that everyone wants one?

    This question comes up every time people start asking about a poly and in some cases people just collect poly's and whether the minifig or parts are special or unique to the poly really has no impact on whether they want it or not.

    I only ask because as many polybags as I've purchased, they just take up space and I don't truly collect them (or want to). But I do like unique minifigures, so I was checking to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
