It looks like a kid had the thing from the book, but built some of it into a MOC. The base of the first picture looks just like the second, but it is missing a bunch of parts and has other parts added to it. The thing off to the side looks like a vulture droid head, which led me to the two links, but it could also be from one of their vulture droids.

@gelkster
Good eyes at @gelkster it can be clearly seen there
The only official set with dark blue 4x4 dish is #8018 AAT but some of the pieces on that model are not in it (like the 1x1 yellow tiles)
If you're looking for a specific set number for the collection, it may be difficult. Brickset doesn't always keep note of product collections in great detail, and sometimes they don't even have a number anyway.
Are all the Bohrock complete? Is there any indication of there having been a 'freebie' thrown in with the package, cause that would narrow things down.
[Edit]: Just in case, I looked back through the Brickset database for Bionicle sets in 2001-2002, and no collection is mentioned. Though I do remember offers in catalogues back in the day for all 6 of certain Bionicles for the price of 5 (though not specifically the Bohrok), so that'd be my guess as to what it was.
English printing no longer tells you very much - many European countries now use English on packaging and in advertisements, although that wasn't the case when these were printed.
Movie buffs might know F.A.O. Schwartz from the movie Big starring Tom Hanks. It's the toy store from the giant piano keyboard scene.
Would the FAO Schwartz exclusivity increase the value of the boxed set? Keeping in mind, the box is in rough shape. I've just never seen anything like this sold before on ebay or the like.
Thanks

(on a side note, I read that the FAO Schwarz flagship store is to close in New York
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-33483247 EDIT: Having now watched the video, it's slightly mis-leading. The store is merely moving location dues to high rents.)
I am not familiar with the other 3.
Tried search for flexible tube, but nothing came up for purple.
Thank you in advance!
But will do for future things that need it.
