@BOBJACK_JACKBOB - sorry, USA. I've seen lots of UK sellers with reasonably priced instructions, but the USA sellers are going for around $25!
  • BOBJACK_JACKBOBBOBJACK_JACKBOB Member Posts: 564
@dejavu I'll post them to you. You can donate whatever you think is a fair price to Brickfairy - @SirKevbags.
The only thing is, I'll have to dig them out. It might be after christmas. Let me know if you want to go ahead.

Just threw this together yesterday for a friend.

Is that made of plates or bricks? I can't believe how many plates some of you mosaic builders have!

@Natebw It is all plates. Just got the remaining ones I needed to fill in the middle today so it is now complete. :) I have 2 large roller organizers (6 drawer) and 5 smaller desk 3-drawer organizers that are nothing but plate lol

I wouldn't even wanna count how many plates my larger mosaics took. I know a lot lol

Was talking a building break until Xmas, when the house becomes inundated with LEGO, but my kids have been commissioning me to do all our Star Wars vehicles- something to do with seeing the Ep VII teaser trailer.
  • Hmm, I've got a few building irons in the fire right now.

First, I've almost completely finished a taxi that's basically a classic station wagon version of the one from 7937 Train Station and a bus built to the plans of the one from 379 Bus Station (with some changes dictated by available parts).

I've also almost completely finished knocking the LEGO Express set back together (going to review it for Eurobricks, lots of photos), and I've started on a water tower to go with it.

I'm also playing around a bit with pieces to help me design a train station as well as base scenes for showing off some of my LEGO Star Wars factions (particularly the Empire and the CIS) and hopefully a speeder bus.

    Dang...Castle, I'd say. Or Technics.
  • binaryeyebinaryeye Member Posts: 1,831
I'd save the Castle for last. But you really need a #6074 to oppose the King's Castle. ;)

Just finished these 5 vehicles. I first saw them over on Eurobricks by the same guy that bulit the Studdington Station. I then stumbled on the plans for them on eBay. They are a nice addition to the street scene.

My SW garrison/Firebase. Waiting for some more basic pieces for the walls and floors.
I have 3 death cannons to go in the front (got 2 for £5 minus the figures on eBay).
Top right corner will be an armoury of sorts. I have made 2 gun racks and a table. Top left will be a control room.
It was gonna be a Death Star scene but I wanted to include stuff that wouldn't make sense if it was on it Death Star, but I have used design elements from the DS such as that control post in the middle of the lower ground floor.

I'm enjoying a day off work by building this forest/mountain house. Adding some grebling to it will finish it off nicely.

I just finished this depot for the layout. I bought the plans of ebay and then modified them extensively. The orange color is growing on me. I didnt like it at first. Now I just need to populate it with minifigs and other details!

Here's my annual train in the tree. I had hoped to have a nice Christmas train but that didn’t happen this year…..yet! Last year I had an Emerald Night on the track but the dark green loco disappeared in the tree foliage. So I dug out these stock Lego pieces as Santa's conveyance for this year.

love the orange color on that train depot! Very much like the plan I had building in my head... Guess I'll have to switch to dark green to go with the Emerald Night... thought that orange would contrast it well :)

Long time lurker here. Just finished my "Blue Grocer" this morning and Sonicstarlight's mod of 31026 into a modular a couple of weeks ago. Both projects required my first forays into Bricklink and boy, is that addicting. Luckily I had almost half of the parts for the Blue Grocer and switching to sand blue also saved me a bundle.

Awaiting future build. Talking about house buying with my significant other. She has told me, without my asking, that she wants me to have a Lego room! So, now I want to build a house :D

Just fished out my Fire Brigade modular to build again... Really wishing I had not just thrown every piece together in a heavy duty zip lock bag when I dismantled it last time!

Yellow Castle, for the 10th time. Still no Minifigs though, and I'm reluctant to fork out the going rate for them :(

I just built my Benny's Spaceship. It took 5 hours and 15 minutes (I was expecting to be more like 2-3 hours)

I want to point at a few problems I had with the set:

-The stickers were a real pain, I have to order another 1x4x3 glass panel sticker because the sticker is ruined and leaves the sticky stuff on the LEGO element (I cannot imagine how young kids must feel.)

-The Classic Space logo stickers for the fins at the back were too large to be placed on one of the sides without making it diagonal.

-The cockpit windshield piece doesn't close completely and leaves a millimeter gap.

-The instructions sleeve didn't have the cardboard and I prefer the older bag because you can reseal the bag unlike the new one.

Overall this is a really awesome model and I pray for a LEGO Classic Space theme in 2015 or in the near future.

Last Wednesday (a week ago yesterday) I was sick and called out of work, so I built #10021 USS Constellation. I managed to purchase a set of the original yellow windows that came with the original #398 version and used those instead of the newer headlight bricks that came with this set. I mostly followed the instructions for the older set since the scans of those instructions that I found were better quality than the official PDF instructions for #10021 and almost got tripped up due to some of the small differences between the two sets.

Just finished Arkham Asylum. Very nice architecture techniques and good looking building in the end. Plus great figs of Scarecrow, Dr. Quinzel, Prison Joker and classic Penguin.

Such a great set. I am working on an extension for AA. Plans include special cells for Killer Croc, ManBat, and maybe some more generic ones to fill the place out some more. I have made a few rough sketch models and ordered parts. Hoping to get started on the final version soon.

Just bought these @ local TRUs #70817 #75078 #75090 and #75081 I really liked the Skyhopper as well as Ezra's Speeder, that was for the kids, the speeders is very cool...Now I have to get one for myself. The Batman is similar to most 2014 Batman's but the Grappling gun I thought was nice, different from others I had seen in other sets.

Building MBA space designer set with my son #20200. A lot of fun, he is learning a lot and I even learned a few things Interestingly enough it came with a new style orange brick separator and an old timey green one. The back of the instructions and the brickset inventory only list a modern green one. I thought the other kind was retired ages ago.
