Batman sets spotted at local TRU

I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet but I found the Batman and the one Superman set at our TRU today in Ohio. The BOGO was still going on so we grabbed 2 of each. The sets wouldn't ring up under the current BOGO because they had put them out early so the cashier got a manager to override it and we got them as part of the sale!

^ wow, you're lucky. The ad I've see explicitly states excluding Super Heroes. Nice haul.

^The signs as the store said the sale excluded Star Wars, Ninjago, and the new Dino line. It sounds like they weren't supposed to put these out until tomorrow.

Just went to my local TRU today also. They also had all the new Police and Super Hero sets. Bought one Fire ATV (4427) set for $5.99

None at my TRU. They did say that Alien Conquest was going away, and that Super Heroes will likely take that spot.

Not out early. They came out yesterday. The sign is supposed to say "excludes Super Heroes'" which is why they didn't ring up BOGO. But your store didn't update the BOGO signs as they were supposed to. Ironically, my store did update the BOGO signs but didn't have Super Heroes in stock. I did find the Cars 2 sets, though, which was I was after.

Did they have the funhouse? The funhouse is listed as hard to find, which means you can only get at LEGO stores and one certain retailer (Which tends to be TRU).

We have 2 local TRUs. We usually don't go to the one closest to us because no one in the stores EVER seems to have a clue as to whats going on with the LEGO sales. We happened to be right by that store today so thats why we stopped. Looks like their ignorance played in our favor for once :)

Stores in Boca Raton, FL and Coral Springs, FL do not have any Super Heroes stuff yet. I've checked both today. It's a good sign that IL has got them already, it means they must show up this week every where across the US. I'll keep my eye on those as one of my kids is dying to have a Batman set for Xmas.
