The Mixer is a bit pricey IMO but I have to admit it is also a nice set considering you can pack it all up into the semi trucks.
I was not a huge fan of this set but I think it was more due to the 149.95 USD price tag rather than the design.
I may still get it at some point, because I really would love a carnival set, but I am really 'eh' on it.
You also can have bumper cars as well. Wonder if the designers' heads would explode doing the 'Zipper' in the vein of these sets.
I really hope this is a new trend, that they include set-specific polys with certain models like they have been lately.
Can you buy them? Nope.
Regardless, I've had fun building them with my little girl.

Additionally, the second giveaway set (the Skating Rink) doesn't really go with Santa's Workshop. If it did, then it would be important for TLG to have Santa's Workshop available for the BF sale. As it stands, it doesn't need to be and that could be a telling sign that Santa's Workshop may also be gone fairly quickly this year. Just thinking out loud...
