Elspeth has just posted this picture on Brickish, from the Lego magazine.

Too cute for words. I hope this makes it into the next series of CMFs.

The animal suited CMFs are some of my favourites, so I would love to add this one to my collection!

I love the animal suited characters, always look forward to adding more. One day i hope to have enough to make the island of misfit mascots.

^ Yeah my animal suited people zoo is coming on better than my real zoo.

It has a tail piece too. Definitely looks like a good candidate for the next CMF series.

There's a picture of the figure on the back of the Club Junior magazine.

Animal suits are the only CMFs that I collect. I look forward to another one.

They double as wonderful Hotline Miami MOCs.

I just looked through mine that came today, and don't see that image anywhere. I'm in the US. Is that a UK magazine image?
  • 1x11x1 Member Posts: 132
    Yes it's from the UK.
  • matticus_bricksmatticus_bricks Member Posts: 651
Super kawaii! I think Unikitty might have a new BFF. Anyway, seems likely, as we've seen CMF previews like this before. Is a January release date likely?

@matticus_bricks‌ That is the exact word that popped into my head when I saw it: kawaii
So, you either know Japanese or you're into Anime... (And your screen name reminds me of Mockingbird.)

I'm eager to get this figure and hope it's in the next series.

There is also a picture of the snake charmer in the magazine.

There's a list (in French!) Of the list of series 13 minifigs over on hothbricks. Includes both the Unicorn Girl and Snake Charmer pictured.

are we sure it is a unicorn? Maybe it is a white Narwhal??

^ If it were a narwhal, the minifig would have a mermaid tail...and the headpiece wouldn't look so "horsey". Sorry, @Sethro3‌, but I think you'll have to wait a while for your narwhal minifig - or perhaps use this one to MOC one yourself! :-)

^^ There are quite a few pastel stars on the torso too.

The stars are ok, thank goodness no puppies or butterflies. She will be added to my "people in costumes" collection of CMFs.
  • jasorjasor United StatesMember Posts: 839
shouldn't the stars be printed on the back of her legs since i've always heard unicorn flatulence is just rainbows?

My lil girl may have a new character to push to the top. Unikitty falls, finally.

Wow, series 13 sounds like it's going to eat a lot of my money. Galaxy Trooper and Alien Trooper sound like army builders to me.

^ I was thinking the same thing. I wanted to stop after S12 but i will probably end up with an army of goblins.

Is this picture not in the us version of the Lego magazine? I saw the one in the jr version but not in the regular magazine?

No, it's not in the U.S. version. The back cover has bionicle figures and the front cover has:

Thanks. I looked through the magazine several times. Does anyone have a full scan of the page with the unicorn and snake charmer on? Seems that its a real figure version of the back of the Jr magazine.

Hothbricks has a picture of the stand, where you can see many of the S13 minifigs:

Cool, do you think that's the alien trooper with the tentacle mouth?

That's confirmed for me there are a lot in S13 that I want.
  • CCCCCC UKMember Posts: 19,331
Yes, he looks a bit Space Police-ish to me.

The king looks good, as does the Egyptian warrior. The female cyclops seems to be a bit of a low point though - very similar to the existing one but maybe in grey?
  • ShibShib UKMember Posts: 5,358
I couldn't define any difference so overlooked. That's one of the filler figs of this series to be.

btw....i love how this first post image mirrors the famous Bigfoot pic. Do you think that was intentional of TLG?

Agreed that the king looks awesome... I just worry that his custom headpiece won't stay on, similar to series 12's Joker/Princess.

Man, these look great. I kept telling myself S12 was it, but there's no way I'm sticking to that. Really looking forward to the sheriff and the king.

The Egyptian warrior has a a symbol very similar to what I remember from the Atlantis theme.
