I remember why I don't buy from Ebay now. "Used but complete." Complete my arse!

How I came to miss a couple of sets I will never know. Shameful.

The long awaited haunted house build scheduled for Sunday. Myself and two little helpers should get it done (I think). Looking forward to it.

Just ordered a Winter Village Market to get the elves workshop...now I just need the Winter Village Post Office and I'll have all the Winter Village sets. Considering I only started buying them earlier this year I feel like I've done pretty well.

So after seeing your table with nearly $10,000 worth of LEGO on it I was asking myself " what does Sam do for a living that could pay for all that big dollar stuff?" Then I saw the answer sitting next to the Statue of Liberty....lol

Was able to add a really neat piece to my collection the other day, a Darth Vader LEGO store display. Exact dimensions are:
    26 inches Height
    19 inches Width
    17 inches Depth
46 pounds (due to a heavy case)

Waiting on the AC adapter to arrive. When turned on, the lightsaber lights up and his arm moves up and down.

The emperor is very excited to see his new sith come to life.

I know the feeling, I need to teach my 4 year old how to use one. All he wants me for at the moment is to separate 2x1 plates that he put in the wrong place.

Have learned my lesson and removed all the small plates from my 2 year olds Lego supply. I could see him making a tower of plates given the chance and don't fancy separating them!

Listening to "Young Knives - Terra Firma"

There was a lot to see but still I wanted more."

Had an insane dream last night.

City Fire Trucks were $5, Monster Fighters Haunted House $0.50, Ghostbusters vehicle $3. All at WM and I managed to snag every set on the shelf.

I dreamt of a trip to Walmart where I stumbled on new Simpsons sets like a Quicky Mart and Comic Book Store. Excitedly bought them and opened them in the car, only to find they were looted and filled with MB. I woke up sweaty from the anger and disappointment.

don't have some for a few of them and the ones I do have are from someone that ripped me off. I will eventually sell them. They are good cases, but its the principle of the thing.

I built the Battle in Ninjago city set today and decided I must now get another one or two, at half price, to fill out my city.
With my Fire Temples and Temples of Light I should soon have a pretty good Ninjago city.

    See, here's the thing.

I invited @LostInTranslation‌ to join me for a live build this weekend at a toy convention. We met 3 years ago and I said back then we'd build my prized possession together some day. Well, some day has arrived and no way could we go into battle without having checked our ammo first. At last year's convention I built the Taj Mahal but having taken half a day to sort the parts into a hundred takeaway cartons, no way could I face that again soooooo, with seals broken and parts sorted bring on Saturday. Dish, check. Riggin', check. :o)
