I think this is a first for Target...

LEGO and an assortment of other toy brands will be BOGO50 at beginning Sunday through next Saturday. (December 4-10, 2011)

@BTHodgeman Thanks, any more info would be appreciated. Hopefully it is an online BOGO 50% as my local Target doesn't ahve a big selection of the higher end LEGO sets.

I found this press release. In essence: Available both in store and online; BOGO 50% is limited to LEGO City.

Then it will be time to stock up on a few 3661 City Bank & Money Transfer sets! This little set is one I bet will worth at least 50% more when it retires, and I plan on having at least 4 in stock: 1 for myself and 3 others to feed the addiction :-)

And train stations were only 40 bucks, needless to say sold out already :-(

@DavidRod8 There is also a coupon code available for $7 off a purchase of $70 or more. It worked for me.

    thanks @jagdjh !!

Train stations is the only one (of those 3) not available at B&M stores, the other 2 are, although I noticed the space center is more expensive there...

don't forget to use your target debit or credit card for an additional 5%.

I picked up City Corner and Bank Transfer for $61 total with the BOGO, $5 off $50, free shipping, and redcard 5%. since both items were already discounted as well, I got them for 45% off of RRP.

Just grabbed City Corner and Bank Transfer. City Corner doesn't ship free. After all the discounts, they will have cost me $35 each. Not an insane deal, but not bad. Also... it seems I am beginning to now collect City sets too, which means my addiction is growing. Not a good sign! Thanks everyone.

^ neither does the passenger train, unfortunately, but still a decent deal if you use the 7 dollar of 70 link above..
    BTW, Thanks for that @jagdjh
