So the raffle is getting closer. Again my apologies for the delay but it really is beyond my control and everything that can be done is. Following an idea by @Bumblepants‌ I'm going to start announcing some prizes.

If you would like to offer a prize can you please pm me the details. Please remember this is very much an international event (hospitals have already been identified in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Spain. Hopefully more countries will be added) and the winner of your prize could be anywhere in the world. If you are concerned with postage/shipping costs then let me know and we may be able to help.

There was a suggestion last year that people could buy tickets for particular prizes. While a nice idea, in UK law each prize would have to be declared as a separate raffle and that is an administration nightmare so it will remain an all for one approach.

So without further delay the first prize announced is

Wow - this charity thing must be stressful - you've aged badly since I last saw you!

It is! I'm pleased you just think it's age and not a sex change!

Well done to all involved! I certainly owe @StormKitty a debt of thanks for a complete set of Lego Movie minifigs, so I'm really glad you were able to get involved.

And a big thumbs up to SirKev too!

    Next prize.....

Any excuse to post my plastic self and the first shot of the Hairy Fairy in the wild. His value has been established as £220 and number 2/4 will be available as a raffle prize. If you win one minifig this year, make it this one!

Ah yes, a second chance! @Legoboy won't be able to take it from me this time :o)
  • legomattlegomatt Member Posts: 2,548

KRAGLE! Go and get the LEGO back. :o)
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
@scrumper‌ Believe me when they say the bottom of their box they mean it. They only had one about 12" X 18" and the contents were not pretty including some clone parts as the card demonstrates. Luckily I had applies hand gel ;) So they really needed a Fairy visit!

Yes, which sets did they raid for that? Illegal move.

    Nice touch though. :o)

Are you two striving to become LordKevbags and LordRich69?
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
I just report what people tell me :-) (Or in this case pop over to my local brandstore to collect and then store in until now ;) )
  • sirrich69sirrich69 Member Posts: 531
@rocao no not at all. It was just a conversation with Kev, and I said 41999 would be a good raffle prize. I said if he could get one from a brand store then let me know and will send him the money.

The rest as they say is history.
