What sets do these come from? The first photo is some sort of plane/helicopter plus some very weird brown bricks that I thought were Mega bloks at first. The second is maybe a castle set and a star wars set. The third I have no idea... The last photo is I think parts from a Harry Potter set, but which one...

The three long yellow bits in the first picture are probably from one of the Anakin's podracers.

The third picture has bits from #7103, #7256 and some Harry Potter bits (the money bag and scroll ones specifically). I recognise the blue plate with the stars, but I'm not sure where from. Early/mid-'90s Town sets? Some sort of racing car or plane maybe.

The bricks in the first pic are modified 1x2 brick with masonry profile and can be found in a lot of modern sets such as the forest police station and some friends sets. Part no 98283.

The masonry type bricks came from a 2012 calender.

The ball joints, green and purple bricks could be part of this as well as the trans neon green slopes. Can't see anything that looks like a harry potter set though.

EDIT: In fact, looking again I also see the dark trans green crystal from the gun in the arm so definitely some of that.

Beegeedee! I think you are right. I have built one set but there are two wondergirl and lux. So it would appear i have parts to build another set or part of it.
I have found 3 harry sets in the lot and i have two tan quarters that were used potter sets. But which one... Could be a star war set.

They are all Star Wars.
1 = Snowtrooper (someone has drawn on the arms),
2 = scout trooper,
3 = some sort of imperial pilot chap (possibly AT-AT driver),
4 = Imperial pilot,
5 & 7 = Jedi of some sort (not sure which set),
6 = young Anakin,
8 = Old Republic trooper legs?
I'll have a look for set numbers/lists in a second.

Well, 3069 is the part no for the 1x2 tile. Try searching for 3069* and it should show all the variants. Tere will be a couple of hundred I reckon

Hi guys! It's me again :) I recently got another bunch of Lego that i bought as a lot and it came with some minifigures. However, I am unsure whether they minifigures are assembled correctly or not.

I know that within the joblot, i got a Star Wars Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser (8039) so i can identify the minifigures, but others, i have no idea where they came from.

Any of you guys are able to help me? Attached are the pictures (I put letters and number so you can easily point out the minifigures in the pictures.

(i know that A1, C1, C2 & C3 are from that Venator set).

If you need to look at a higher resolution pictures, here is an album of it http://imgur.com/a/QxohN (along with other stuff that I will need help trying to identify). If those pictures are still not good enough, or you need to see the backside of the minifigures, i can try to take some pictures of those as well.

E1 - E4 are from the Exo-Force theme. F1 - F3 are from the Mars Mission theme. F6 is from the Space Police II theme, the set name is "Galactic Enforcer" I think. G1 is also Space Police III.

Legs, torso and probably head (hard to see it properly) of B5 are from the UFO theme - the helmet is from Boba Fett, but I don't know which version. The right arm is wrong though and could be from anywhere.

I hope this is the right thread, but I'm not sure because I know the set, but not the part number. Maybe you can help me with that as well. (It is not part of instruction list on Brickset sadly).

Set number is #4090 and I need the part number for the black wheel and what is inside of the wheel (white). (I don't know the English word for that).

@ColoradoBricks‌ : i was aware of that - i said "roughly" due to the fact that there might be more than 1 set where each of the minifigures got taken from so the Lego joblot that I purchased might contain those sets.

I'm making a list of all my older LEGO, and it's mostly standard simple colors, red, green, blue, white, black, yellow, and light grey. I recently purchased a container from the store wall and it has lots of colors that I never had, light brown, dark grey, tan/cream, pale green, pale blue, maroon. When entering into Briskstore, how do I choose the correct colors?

I tried using http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Colour_Palette - but for example, Lime and Medium Lime look the same to me and I can't find Tan

I would recommend making your own color palette from real bricks to compare to. get a baseplate and add one brick from each color to it. You may not own all the colors at first, but at least you will have a reference of all the colors you do own so when you pull a brick out you aren't sure of you can go to your reference palette and figure out if you already have that color or not.

A better photo would help. Try using the macro setting on your camera (its the flower icon). It's would you use to take close up photos of small items, like flowers or Lego heads. But it looks like a gray version of this head.
