I need help id'ing to part assemblies. I got them in a lego lot recently. I tried to id them myself but i'm not really having any luck.

I think the one on the left is either some sort of rescue vehicle part or construction site and I know that the part sticking up is missing the inside part that makes the expanding part but I am having issues narrowing down the set it comes from.

on the right, i'm having no luck at all on that hunt since those are pretty common parts.

Definatly loving the lot. I just need a few parts off BL and I can make my own fire engine, lol.

I got a great deal on about 8 pounds of classic space LEGO. I've figured out most of it but these three pieces have me stumped. The only numbers I can find are a 6C.

It's a 2x8 with electric contacts I think, part 4758 I think. The 2x4 will be similar.

@ACWWGal2011 the first photo appears to be from #7945 - there's only 3 sets with that lifting arm in red and only one in the exact configuration.

The other looks to be from set 4896-1 Roaring-Roadsters as I saw you had 2 of them and they look like the seats in this model.

ah. what it is is that the part I got in pic 1 is slightly modified so that's what threw me off. I actually saw a set image of that set and I passed up on the idea of that might of been it

And I didn't even think that the second pic might of been seats.

None of them are Lego, I think the end one is a gun from TransFormers Energon. the second item is a Star Wars piece hand with lightsaber. The other 3 are missiles, probably TransFormers or Star Wars because I recognize them but can't place who they came with.

Thank you very much! It is from 740-1 then. It was one of the few kits I had instructions for, but I don't see anything in them that uses those pieces. I have a few more odds and ends that might be part of a kit or two left. I'll get some pics of the small lot and post them soon.

Last week I purchased a book "Forbidden Lego" http://www.nostarch.com/flego.htm
- looked really cool as a way for me to get back into Lego - but I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. The problem is that they show a parts list for each project but fail to identify the parts. That's fine if you already have the parts and know them from sight, but I have only standard bricks and a lot of Technics - but older ones from 20+years ago.

I have no idea what the read and yellow parts in the bottom right are -I've been searching around and found photos in http://www.quia.com/jg/1129959list.html so maybe they are from a robotics kit. I also found similar parts listed as Lego Technic Studless ANGLED Beams. I also don't know what the grey beams with rounded ends are.

But I have yet find anything listed here or in BrickLinks or in Brickstore.

The small parts on the left _ I'm hoping are technics and that I have them, but won't know till I finish unpacking and resorting my inventory

Thanks for that link -32009 is accepted by BrickStore and the hole count matches the image in my book - 1 more knocked off my list. I think 6629 is the other yellow one and 32056 the red

I received one of these tiny windows in a bulk purchase...It would be perfect for a project I am planning, but I cannot identify it...It contains the glass...Any help appreciated!

That window is pretty old and there were several types. Look on this page and you should be able to figure it out. Your pictures don't show enough detail to figure out which one it is. It looks like the extended lip version with glass.

Can anyone help with these bricks? I am more used to City sets and some of these bricks I have never seen before... Any set numbers would be gratefully received. I suspect a lot of the bricks are from the same sets.

@Norlego - In the central image you have sections of #70007 Eglor's Twin Bike and #75002 AT-RT.

The left image includes various Legends of Chima and pirates parts although exactly which sets each of them come from I am not sure. The tan cylinder is from one of these sets and that panel just above the tan quarter cylinder is from #70007 Eglor's Twin Bike.

The alien in the image on the right is the Classic Alien from series 6 of the Collectable Minifigures and Lex Luthor is also present (in the bottom right) along with the Iron Patriot above him. Razcal is in the centre at the top and I feel like I should know the Minifigure in the middle, which might be from Harry Potter.

Other than that I think the Minifigures are cobbled together from various parts including the legs from the Cowgirl and Snowboarder Collectable Minifigures, as well as a Wonder Woman torso.

Hopefully that is some help and somebody else can fill in the gaps.

Thank you andhe and Cap. I have found two sets. One thing that puzzles me is the wonderwomen and Lex Luthor. I have 2 of both and they are only found in the same set.
I am curious to which set the long bricks come from in the first photo, as I have never seem them before!

They look like they're possibly masts/yard-arms from 4Juniors pirate ships.

Hi There, I have just inherited a huge box of Lego and am working through sorting the figures, I have got a lot together but thought I would ask the pros for a bit of help.
