BrickLists are the better way of creating a list of specific sets.
So I've to create a "bricklist"... Ok, now I only have to understand what is a bricklist and use it! :p
I was Trying bricklists but... how can I add a bunch of sets all together?
Insert sets one by one makes it not useful for my purpose.
I'll make some other try.
There used to be a method for doing exactly what you are taking about (I believe by separating the set numbers with commas) but I don't think that works any more.
I made some try, but it seems that even the addition of consecutive sets doesn't work.
Anyway, usually the list I use contains scattered sets.
Bricklists are a great idea, much better than the query I requested, but if I need to add items one by one, it is very uncomfortable (besides the field "Notes" is requested, so it is even more slow).
I notice that you added only the "Retail Price in EUR" field but not the "EUR:USD Price Ratio" one, that was what I need to create the "Worst €:$ exchange rate" query.
Any chance to have a "mass upload" function for bricklists?
PS: a NOTE about what I wrote above: the trick to add consecutive sets doesn't work for bricklists, but works in site's search.
For example I've a list of sets like this one (not too long because it is for example purposes):
6073, 6235, 6245, 6382, 6657, 6368, 6687, 4010, 6508, 6507, 6652, 6630, 6360
and I want to create a bricklist to show these sets to a friend.
Inserting one by one is a very slow process, while submitting all the list together (for example as a comma separated list) would be much more practical.
I might add the ability to upload sets to a BrickList in future but this method will hopefully suffice for now, subject to the max length of a URL, of course.
I hope to see massive "upload" of sets for bricklists soon!
I'm thinking to upload my sets list to brickset and it is very long, unthinkable to upload the sets one by one.
Any news about €:$ price ratio? (and any other combination if you want, such as £:€ !)
Did you threw in the sponge for the missing price ratio?
More complicated than expected ?
I hope you will find a way to implement it soon.
