    Hi,

sw514 is missing from the database. They have it over at BrickLink.

    Thanks.
  • PolynicesPolynices Member Posts: 25
"6043183-1: Children's Jewellery" is listed as just added and is somewhat misspelled. The picture of the bag has it correctly: "Jewelry".
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
We use proper English spelling here at Brickset :-)

According to the database 4521914: Brick 1X2 (Sand Yellow) is not available from Lego.com.

I can see it on the PAB system. Does this mean the database is only checked against the Replacement Parts system?
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
Yes, and it's not checked with any regularity at the moment
  • BrikingBriking Member Posts: 768
    ^ Ok, thanks.

Hero Factory 3D Key Chain 6031651

Released 2013, no idea where. Included in the bag is a flyer with game points.
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
^ Not really LEGO, is it :-)
  • vitreolumvitreolum Member Posts: 1,406
    Touché! :)

But with stuff like watches and pens being in the database I thought it might fit as well.

If I had my way everything that isn't a proper brick-based product would be
    banished from the database.

I hate all tat: it's a nuisance keeping it updated and even more so having to explain to emailers why such-an-such bit of tat they've just sent me a picture of isn't going to be added :-)

#60055 monster truck currently doesn't have a picture, I just noticed that pics are up on TRU's website.

Battle of Hoth 75014 has an incorrect main image. The picture shows two Lukes. The set only comes with 6 minifigs according to the LEGO site.
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
Interesting, the image we have came from LEGO.com when the set was first released, but as you say it has one too many figs...
  • TrenthTrenth Member Posts: 162
Hmm.. that is interesting. Maybe it's just to show Luke's other face. When I saw the picture I was like "who's that other Jedi?"

Set 21021 Marina Bay Sands, from the Architecture line, has been released in LEGO brand retail stores in Singapore since last Thursday.

The main image for #7985 only shows the city of Atlantis, not minifigures and vehicles. The first of the alternate images shows all.

    Picture for #30281
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
^ Thanks, I have one, I'm about post a review.

I'll get round to scanning my new polys soon, too :-)
  • CsaboCsabo Member Posts: 7
The latest monthly build polybag, set 40095 is missing from the database. It doesn't have an official name on it, but it contains one of those black robots from the movie ("Micro Manager"). It's 50 pieces.
  • mressinmressin Member Posts: 843
Attached a picture of the Legends of Chima magazine #4 polybag (the ramp).
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
^^ can you send us a scan of the instruction image, please?

I'm missing this set info for 6848-3: Strategic Pursuer: 1 minifig.
  • JosephJoseph Member Posts: 629
^ Probably because it's labeled as #6848-3 whereas on bricklink it's #6848-1. That would likely interfere with the way brickset pulls the minifig data from bricklink.
  • steve57474steve57474 Member Posts: 44
    Hello,

Set 75040 General Grievous' Wheel Bike is missing the minifigs, they are not on the database here but Bricklink has them listed as sw515 for Grievous and sw535 for Obi Wan.

    Thanks.
  • MatthewMatthew Administrator Posts: 3,714
^ As above, Brickset uses minifigure data from BrickLink. There isn't currently an inventory for that set on BrickLink which is why the minifigures aren't being displayed.
  • steve57474steve57474 Member Posts: 44
Yes, the set is live on Bricklink.

    ^ But not yet inventoried...

Usually a set's minfigs get added to BrickLink before they inventory the whole set, and because of the way we are provided with their data, the minifigs won't appear associated with the set until it has been.

I'll change 6848-3 to 6848-1, in fact I'm not sure why it's -3 to start with.

#loc214 Speedorz Ramp has an incorrect packaging type set. It says "canister", but should be "foil". Also, set type should probably be "Other" like for the three other foil packs?
  • OdinduskOdindusk Member Posts: 763
Hi guys. #6487 "Mountain Rescue" is part of the Outback theme, but not listed as so in the database.

Latest Legends of Chima magazine poly. Would be #LoC314 I presume. The magazine calls it "Cannon, Chi and Axe" on front. The cannon is called "Spider Tripod Cannon" in the comic. Scan of the bag attached. I counted 20 parts. It contains a Chi, which is not shown on the bag.

Next month's magazine will be out on 26 March 2014 and will have "Lennox with Lion Cannon".
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
    Thanks, I'll get it added.
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
    Not that I'm aware of.
  • mressinmressin Member Posts: 843
#LoC414 should probably be called "Lennox with Lion Cannon" or "Lennox of the Lion Tribe + Lion Cannon", that's the name given in the magazine. ("Lennox minifigure" sounds so descriptive...)
  • CsaboCsabo Member Posts: 7
Today we picked this up at TRU (it was marked down to 3.50 CDN): http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?G=DScasePotC

It has genuine LEGO pieces and a non-glued minifig (this one: http://brickset.com/minifigs/poc011/Captain-Jack-Sparrow-with-Tricorne). I'm wondering if this should be added to the database under "gear". There's another similar case already listed (http://brickset.com/sets/ DSCASE2-1/Armour-Case-Kit-for-Nintendo-DSi-Classic-Red)

Latest Legends of Chima magazine gift, presumably loc614. The magazine calls it "Crocodile Hideout". It has 29 parts.

The magazine also contains 3 steps building instructions, are those of interest as well?

The next one, "Crug minifigure with armour and sword", will come out on 18 June.

Thanks to the same site that posted those Series 3 Mixels pics, we now have finalized pics of all seven Hero Factory sets for this summer, which I linked in this BZPower topic: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/13188-summer-2014-hero-factory-sets-pics-and-discussion/
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,088
^^ thanks I'll get that added, and ^ ditto. Those sets really are taking their inspiration from Alien aren't they!

Yeah, definitely! Though more people were drawing Pacific Rim comparisons with the sets in the first half of the year. It's pretty cool how much variety this year's sets have offered compared to last year, when most of the sets were still humanoid monsters and robots. Nearly half of this year's sets aren't even bipedal!

I also just discovered that Toys 'R' Us UK has a page for set #40116 (which they are calling "Hero Robot"). Not a lot of new info there but there is a price in GBP (£4.99) and an out-of-package image (full resolution here). In any case, I know you like to list retail availability for polybag sets, so while I still know nothing about availability in the US or in any brick-and-mortar stores, I suppose it deserves a note.
