I don't even have it yet, but come May, it will be this one. Just something about it that is so cheerful, nostalgic and awesome.

Update: Now that I finally got the book, I stand by how awesome he is.

This is a hard one b/c there are so many great figs in just the CMF line alone. My favorite sub themes in the CMF line are the classic monsters and Roman/Greek Mythology figures. Here's my top so far:

    S01: Zombie
    S02: Vampire
    S02: Spartan
    S03: Elf
    S05: Gangster
    S05: Evil Dwarf
    S06: Minotaur
    S06: Clockwork Robot
    S07: Aztec Warrior
    S07: Evil Knight
    S08: Santa
    S09: Cyclops
    S10: Medussa
    S10: Roman Commander
    MF: Zombie Bride
    MF: Swamp Creature
    ENC: Toy Soilder

I'm going to say Medussa is my current favorite, but that may only be b/c her newness hasn't wore off yet...

Has to be the dwarf figures for me, series 5 Evil Dwarf and his mates from 2008/9, not the Hobbity types. I also love the green troll figures from back then. Between them, they are taking over our house, slowly but surely!

Also really like Series 4's Artist. It's a great piece.

I have only be collecting Lego for a short while. My favourite of my expanding collection will have to be Batman-electro suit, the one you get free with the DC Visual Dictionary :)

Dug up a corpse thread. Still kinda fresh. No need to thank me, mods. There will be no thread fusion today....

Anyways, My current fav is the newer, oversized Hulk or as I call him "Hollywood" Hulk. I don't really have any cool reason as to why....he just is.

I must say, having just bought #70709 Galactic Titan, the Alien Mantizoid is challenging for my favourite unlicensed Minifigure.

Overall though, I cannot choose a single Minifigure. Among my favourites (of those I own at least) would be:

    Bizarro
    SDCC Batman
    Arctic Batman
    Two-Face (2006)
    King Theoden
    Boussh
    Boba Fett (2012)
    Jango Fett (2002 and 2013)
    Count Dooku (2013)
    Darth Malgus
    Alien Mantizoid
    Spartan
    Alien Conquest Scientist

There are doubtless others that I have missed, but those are my favourites that I can recall at the moment.
  • BoiseStateBoiseState Member Posts: 804
    Ya, Darth Malgus is cool.

I have way too many favourites, the fact is with me, I only keep the figs I really like and sell the rest. That's why I love all of them in my collection.
I like figs that use unusual and exciting pieces, so no doubt my minifig collection includes aliens, robots and anthropomorphic animals, and the occassional licensed minifig. And plenty of Lego oversized minifigs and animals. Not into humans as such really.
If you really pushed me, I would say I like the most recent General Grievous, or (if you class it as a minifig, probably an oversized one) the Rancor. That's my opinion.

^I got her too, but she tends to be on the ashy side. Bizarro is my 3rd favorite right now "Me am Superman!" Haha

But seriously, even Vader's hands are black chrome! Don't think any other fig has chrome hands, not even C-3PO (My 2nd Fave).

I really need him. Just looks fantastic. The Vader look suits Lego down to the ground with his unique helmet design, and the chromed version just takes it to another level.

Mine is still Shazam. Having got one, I love him even more.

    - NY I <3 Yoda because I'm a native New Yorker and I remember fondly when I was a small kid and the original I Love New York campaign went out.
    - 2013 Clone Lieutenant because it's new and rare
    - Dirty Tonto for the awesome sheepish look
    - Pong Krell for the extra arms and a great Jedi I can love to hate
    - The entire CMF series, there's so many good ones. I will also chime in that the Toy Soldier from the Encyclopedia rocks!
    - SW CVI Tin Boba Fett the regular 2012 version is actually better but this is rare.
    - NYCC Tin Luke
    - Embo! Probably Sugi & Aurra Sing too
    - Pre Vizsla
    - Darth Malgus
    - Sith Troopers (all 3 versions)
    - 2013 A-Wing Pilot & Luke Skywalker Snowspeeder Pilot- Alien Conquest Emperor
    - Anything I make with a custom I LUG NY torso =-) (Thanks @EclipseGrafx!)
    - Clone Commander Gree love the dark green printing
    - Printed Leg Stormies
    - Ahsoka Tano both versions... i rather like the CW character, and the minifigs are both good representations
    - Jace Malcolm
    - Butch Cavendish, now that i've seen The Lone Ranger I almost wish the fig looked more evil but it's an awesome one either way.
    - Red Harrington, needs no explanation
    - Queen Am
    - Galaxy Squad Green Robot Sidekick
    - Snow2-D2/Santa Maul/Santa Yoda & I'm sure Santa Jango too
    - Twitch ...ORANGE HANDS!
    - Hondo Onaka & Turk Falso, but pretty much any Weequay or close relative, oh Shahan Alama too!
Last but not least on this short list: My growing collection of monochrome minifigures =-) I think I'm at 25 now thanks to a hand donation from one of my many Tontos.

    In no particular order:

Classic Space red - the first minifig! (for me...you never forget your first)
Blacktron I - most realistic spaceman in Classic Space, very menacing with that black visor
Unitron Chief - nice shades and helmet printing, good-looking color combo
Captain Redbeard (1989 Pirates) - hook hand and peg leg were innovative at the time; so was the detail on the bearded face
Star Wars Stormtrooper - iconic look for us fans, executed well in minifig form
Darth Vader - same as above; the initial mold was so well done that the helmet has never been redesigned since 1999
Lando Calrissian (CC 10123) - first "fleshy" minifig (I think?); plus, it's a good-looking outfit
Boba Fett (CC 10123) - lots of unique printing on arms and legs, that type of detail is still pretty rare
Bart and Homer Simpson - co-molding of different colors for their arms is another first for the minifig
Professor Quirrel - first two-sided head printing for Lego, and the purple outfit looks good, too

I'm awaiting the flaming arrows, but someone had to be first...

    Classic Spaceman, Red
    Wolverine
    Black Falcon Soldier
    Blacktron 1 soldier

    Captain America
    Indiana Jones

    Okay, I'll bite.

    Indiana Jones
    Boba Fett 9496
    Jack Sparrow 4193
    Jor-El 5001623-1
    Iron Patriot
    Eomer 9471
    Mola Ram 7199
    Thor
    Shredder 79101
    ARC Trooper 9488

Honorable mention: The new Flash minifig is fantastic.

@CCC - Even though it has been a discussion in the past, I don't see why it's a problem to refresh the topic and be a little more specific.

Not easy to choose but here goes:

Green Arrow > Great printing, fantastic representation of one of my fave superheroes.

Lando Calrissian (CC) > Absolutely love the torso and the cape.

Davy Jones > Impressive details, some great molds there.

Boba Fett (CC) > Great printing on arms and legs, the belt just completes it. Still prefer it over the new version.

Watto (7962) > That headpiece is a work of art.

Batman (Any, sh064 if I have to pick) > It's Batman. 'Enuff said.

Bellatrix Lestrange > Love the printing and the hairpiece.

    Jack Sparrow > It's Jack.

Iron Man (Any, Hearbreaker if I have to pick) > Blooming with details, a great helmet, love seeing all the different suits line up together.

Pre Vizsla > That pauldron makes the minifig.

Uruk-hai - Handprint Helmet > Add a shield and sword and you get a really awesome minifig.

Very hard to choose ten, but I know that King Theoden would be in there, such a stunning detailed figure with printed breastplate as well. Doesn't get much better.
