The discount price was not listed on the shelves at my neighborhood Target store in Miami, but when I carried the Ramses Pyramid to the electronic price check, sure enough, $9.99! In fact, the only game (from your list) actually marked with the discount price was "Go Bananas." I picked up three of the Ramses Pyramids. Just jump started my holiday shopping :)
But then again... I guess the names of the great pyramid building Pharoah's like Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure, Senefru or Djoser just don't roll off the lips of children like "Ramses" does....
@ istokg. Hah. That's a good one. But then again, they've got loads of dinosaurs and humans coming soon. Who's to say this Ramses didn't own a time machine that violated 20th century physics? You know, the one that took him to an alternate LEGO universe? :P. (Yes, I know. Entire cadres of schoolchildren will have to be reschooled in quantum physics.)
Picked up a dozen of the Pyramid games along with one of each of the other discount games. Nice parts pack for the money on the Pyramid game.
I had found 2260 Ice Dragon Attack with a Price Cut shelf tag yesterday for $15 even.
I don't ever recall seeing Target do what looks to be clearance with the shelf tags before, in the past they've just stickered them.... This does leave the door open to raising the prices again if they move enough sets though, that rarely happens with stickered items.
I got a few of Rames Pyramid, a Rames Attack and 2 Go Bananas.
Cheers
Here in Delaware we have no sales tax.
My wife was planning a trip to the Target at the Christiana Mall while I was at work, so I asked her to check if they had Ramses Pyramid. Every other time I have been to that Target, there have been absolutely no LEGO sets on clearance, but yesterday she got me two of the Ramses Pyramid at $9.99! :) I must remember to send her more often...
Also grabbed a few of the banana game
Instead I grabbed the last remaining Monkey Banana for $5 and one of the Heroica: Fortaan sets for $15 (-$10 instant savings and -$5 mobile coupon). Seemed like a solid deal.
Ramses Pyramid - $9.99
Ramses Return - $7.49
Banana Balance - $4.99
LEGO Champion - $19.99
It doesn't even note them as a markdown.
Ramses' pyramid: $9.99
Ramses' Return: $7.49
