Car buffs: Can anyone recommend a British car set from 1969

I don't know much about Lego car sets, particularly because I don't know much about cars. Especially cars from the 1960s in Britian.

I am building a MOC of the Beatles rooftop concert. It was in London in 1969. I've tried to build a car to have on the street to below the roof, but I basically suck at it.

Can anyone recommend a set of a car that would not be anachronistic in 1969 and is relatively easy to obtain. Or I can just get the instructions and build it myself. Whichever is easier, but I do want the end result to look good.

Thanks.

The Ford Anglia from Harry Potter #4841-1 would be perfect!

I draw your attention also to set #760-2 Double Decker bus. My brother had this; I've still got the instructions at arm's reach ....
Note this is a very old set; whilst it was good for it's day, a cut-down version of Harry Potters Knight Bus #4866-1 (but in red) might be more anatomically correct!

Thanks, Kiwi. These are all good suggestions. I'm thinking the modified HP KnightBus is the way to go, but I will keep looking. :)

It depends on what scale you want, would #40079 mini VW camper be suitable?

@Scrumper. Good point. I want it at minifig scale - whatever the terminology is for that. Thanks for the link - I like it!

I don't know much about the rooftop concert but I do know Paul McCartney used to own an Aston Martin DB4 and he insisted they fitted an 8 track in it so he could listen to music, a first at the time and certainly a defining car from the 60's, although big brother (the DB5) is better know.
There are a lot of images of the Beatles sitting in Mini's and that is a car of the 60's, also I think John Lennon owned a 1965 Rolls-Royce Phantom that is somewhat colourful.

All that said Somehow the E-Type is the singular vehicular definition of the 60's and would have been right at home in London in 69.

None of these are really in sets but there are some great MOCs out there to look at.
