LTCSZ: Looking for assistance in finding parts, stickers for LEGO Railroad Passenger Car
Hi: My grandson and I are complete amateurs and newcomers to Lego...We want to build a railroad passenger car from a parts listing we located (Please see attached file picture) How would we go about ordering all of these parts? I have searched and cannot even find some of them anywhere...Please excuse this basic question, but, as I said, we are just starting out...Thanks a lot...

It might be a job to find them, though, particularly at BrickLink, which has a steep learning curve for beginners.
Obviously this assumes you want to buy them from Bricklink, which, as Huw said, can take a while to figure out how to use. Think of it as a bit like ebay, in that you buy items from different sellers. Obviously the less sellers you can use, the less you'll pay in postage. Once you've set up an account and have logged in, filter the lists I've linked to by continent or country (using the 'show more filter options' link at the top of the list).
The thing to understand with Bricklink is that you can't pay immediately. Once you've checked out, the seller then has to send you an invoice before you can pay (usually requesting payment by sending money through paypal). You also won't get an absolute quote for postage costs until the seller sends you an invoice, although some sellers will tell you how much they charge by weight on their 'store terms' page. Some sellers also charge a small surcharge per order - it's worth checking their store terms. Finally, some sellers will have a minimum purchase limit, although it's pretty clear what that is on the listing page ('Min Buy: GBP 1.00' for example).
Anyway, regarding your list, I've made two suggestions for substitutions, because the magnets/couplers/wheels on your list are either discontinued or rare, and therefore expensive.
The list below is in the same order as your list:

It looks like these don't exist in Medium Stone Gray (i.e. new light gray), and all of these other parts are old light gray. Here's a link to the old light gray:

To find parts from the BL homepage, click 'buy', then 'parts', and then you'll be confronted with a huge and intimidating list of categories. However, once you start to realise how parts are categorised, it becomes easier to find them.
For example, the 'brick 1x4' etc, because they're plain old bricks, they're in the 'bricks' category. If you have a plain brick with a bit sticking out of it, or a pattern carved in it, or modified like that in any way, it'll be in 'bricks, modified'.
Likewise, slope bricks are in the 'slopes' category, wheels in the 'wheels' category, and so on. It's not all simple though - there's still parts that I have to find through other means.
One thing to bear in mind is that you'll only ever use a fraction of the categories. Most of them are specialised or for strange discontinued parts (e.g. Modulex). My main ones are bricks, plates, tiles (and their modified and round counterpart categories), as well as a few others like slopes, cones, windows, bars etc.
Once you've found the category you need, you'll be presented with a list of parts in that category. They're generally sorted by alphabetical order, but because of how they're named smaller parts are usually above larger parts, making it a bit easier to find what you want.
Once you have found the part you want, look at the list of available colours. Beside each colour is a number, indicating how many are available (I think). Basically the higher the number the better your chance of getting it for a reasonable price. Click on the colour you want, and you'll go to the screen that we've been linking you to for your various parts :)

The other one I know of is a sticker from set #8679 on a 2x2 square flag part, but there aren't any for sale (stickered up) on bricklink http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2335pb087
Otherwise you'd have to buy P 2335 and then a sticker sheet from set 8679 (would have other flags too!)
Or a train shop.... Walthers is a major supplier in the US - https://www.walthers.com
