I have been trying to access [email protected] to order my town hall - no joy in any of my 4 browsers. Is anyone else having difficulty accessing the site? (I am in the UK).

Same here in the US. The main site seems fine, but shop.lego.com is unresponsive.

Yes I'm having difficulty too, it was slow to load this morning and now it's not loading for me at all. I'm using IE11 on a laptop. Oh and I'm in the UK.

Just a bit annoying as I need to keep checking two orders I placed on the 26th for when they ship them as I find they're a bit slack with their emails.

Same here, also in the UK, the site is working for me but very slowly (it took over two minutes to load initially).

maybe the traffic overwhelmed the system. This is the right time of year for deal seekers and new set seekers.

US [email protected] appears to be back up now.

It seems to have put itself right now, town hall ordered. Hoping it arrives before I am back to work so I have lots of free time to build it...

Is [email protected] still having some problems? I had issues with the site back on Black Friday and again the week after that and haven't really visited it (or here or anywhere Lego-related) much since then but when I tried to go to it yesterday the page just wouldn't load. Didn't know if it was a continuation of whatever problems they seemed to have had in November or if it's new and whether or not it was just a temporary issue or something affecting more than just me.

I had a similar problem recently. Try closing your browser and reloading the page. Their site does seem to be having some glitches.

No problems here. I've ordered several times since November.

    Regional server issues maybe?
