Another option, beside PAB, is bricklink where you can get all those tiny pieces for cheap.
Otherwise, I have no idea how to navigate bricklink and take advantage of it.

I'm thinking
- 1x2 green slopes
- 1x8 white smooth tiles
- 1x4 green smooth tiles
- plants
- antanae
Anything else that I should grab from there? Assuming it's even half correct.
I have one of each coming, though I might resell, or at least hold onto, the Netherlands set.
In addition, seasonal polybags from Target or WM that make it to clearance are also good sources. They get reduced to $2-$3 or less and are generally comprised of 30-50 small parts.
Obviously this method isn't as cheap as PaB, but it will give you a wider selection of parts. Hope this helps.
Couldn't have said it better myself. The games can't be beat for part packs.
I wish I'd bought some extras - I didn't realise what a good set it was until it was too late.
