  There's over a dozen sitting at one of my local WM for $21 since July. They need to drop another $10 before I'm interested in more. This same WM had them for $15 in March for a month.

  The Batman tumbler chase set ($27) as well as LoTR Goblin King Battle(67) .TLR train chase for 78. Mines of Moria (58) Battle at Blackgate for 52.. AT TE for 66 and a lot of other sets. as well including the new City cargo sets on sale.
  Also TLR Colby City showdown set is 36 (I believe the same price that the Disney stores were selling these at for Clearance)

  Amazon expanded the number of discounted sets and also increased the discount on some sets as well. Particularly surprised at the deep discounts on LOTR and Star Wars sets just released a couple of months ago. I know they usually end up discounted by 25-35% percent a few times, but is it ever this quickly?

  ^There have been cases where newly introduced sets have a good discount, but rarely do the discounts maintain themselves for a long as they have as we've seen lately.
  
  Could be a bit of people waiting for BF deals and saving Xmas budget / over-saturation of Lego in general.

  Keep in mind that Amazon might be responding to TLG's demand for no discounts on exclusives by discounting almost everything else.

  It's not a significant drop, but that set is a great value and rarely (if ever) goes on sale. TRU has it for $40 if that tells you anything.

  Agreed but full sale price is only $40.69. The gold box deal is really tempting me. Jabba's palace for 86.99 and sail barge for 95.99 are also solid sale prices!

  I would say if you can get the Rancor pit for 38.66 Id say get it. Could it go down more somewhere else? Perhaps but that is rolling the dice. I would say if you want it for yourself, get it. If you are waiting to try to flip it, then I dunno.
  I saw Battle at Black gate for $48.54 in my lightning deals and bought it. It may go down less than that somewhere else, but it was a good price for me to get at least one

  I love Bezos and Amazon so this was some exciting news today:
  
  "Starting this week, the postal service will bring Amazon packages on Sundays to shoppers' doors in the Los Angeles and New York metropolitan areas at no extra charge. Next year, it plans to roll out year-round Sunday delivery to Dallas, New Orleans, Phoenix and other cities."
  
  So if you have prime and order on Friday you will no longer have to wait until Monday before too long. Sunday delivery will be handled by USPS.

  I just bought Lego Castle for $74.99 from Amazon. I used my Discover Card, which is giving me an extra 5% off. I don't know if it will go lower, but I really wanted this and figure a 25% discount is decent enough.

  I'm holding out hope that these go lower, but I'm guessing even for LEGO these will only get down to 25% off if they go on Clearance/BF sale.
  They were 30% at Targets, but if you factor tax in then really is probably around the same.
  Plus if you buy over 75 in toys you can get that Gund bear for free.

  The bear is a nice $15 bear, good quality, well worth picking up if you have the chance.
  
  TLR at $72 is not a bad price, it does come with track which helps. I'd have prefered a RRP at $79 without track, but alas, not to be. :)
  
  The odds of it going down to $49? It'll happen, somewhere, but the odds of you personally finding it? Slim.
  
  Pirate Ship Ambush for $75.99 is nice, and makes a nice match for the free bear! :)

  I have to make hay while the sun shines. :-) With me a big part of any offer is knowing about it (checking brickset sure helps a lot with that aspect) and being able to take advantage of it. Will it be $66 again? Maybe. But, I would probably have to 'stay on the look out' for such a deal, then maybe miss it. I'm OK with getting the set for $72. Now, if I could get another set for $66, or less, I would probably do so. :-)

  I was planning on getting the gunship at the black Friday TRU sale. However why wait till then when you can get it now for the same price? I picked mine up at Walmart earlier today. Great deal for 1175 pieces!
