    Yeah, I think it is safe to say that you will get the fig if you order non-PAB related PaB items from LEGO.com AND you are in the US.

    Phone order placed 10/15- 9 pm (online site wouldn't 'complete' order- tried for 2 days)
    Received 10/19 before 11 am
    Ordered WVM
    Also received Holiday set #1 (expected it), PLUS The Lego Shop Minifig polybag. (phone rep had me on hold while he checked to see if still available then said none remaining) What a nice surprise to get it.

    My latest order shipped on the 17th and came with a figure. This package didn't have the neat October Fire Safety sheet in it tho.

    I did not use the mobile site but I think I received the minifig from the package I received today. I said I "think" because it comes it that yellow bag and I have not open it yet. -US-

    It comes in a yellow cardboard envelope like the VIP keychain.

    Here in the U.S. I placed three orders - mobile site, online and over the phone. Received a figure with each one; all orders were varying dollar amounts from $30 to $100. I believe this figure was likely just placed in each box being shipped out...

    my first two figs came with orders of $4.32.. marked down friends series 2 animals and ny sales tax... have a set of series 3 animals on the way and hopefully each one comes with the figure as well

    I think we need to stop talking about the ease of getting these in the US. I think the brains of our comrades overseas are starting to boil. OR the title of the thread needs to be changed to report this is US only right now (not sure if those in Canada are getting them)

    Not so much the ease of getting them but would be interested to know how long these are given out for. See if they last all month?

    @murphquake You mentioned paying $4.32 for the Friends animal plus tax. Are you also paying shipping of $4.95?

    I placed several small orders. I figured I was paying $4.95 for each shop guy minifig which was fine by me.

    @margot - just checking to see if there was another Free Shipping option. Thanks for the info. Will you be making a large Lego Store with many employees to greet the visiting minifigs with the standard "Who is getting a Lego set today?"

    I made an order and received 2 boxes. The first box had the bulk of the order and a store employee fig. The 2nd box had just the xmas set and another employee fig. The xmas box could have easily fit into the main box.

    So, not only did I get 2 employee figs, but they paid for shipping an entirely unnecessary second box. This from a company worried about me saving $20 on a Tower of Orthanc.

    I believe like many other corporations there seem to be loopholes and other misnomer business tactics that don't seem to add up to a "sound" business model...

    @klatu003 if you do shop and ship from within a lego store there's free shipping on all orders. If i get the figures on these orders 2 of the 3 are going to employees at the store and one to a friend's son

    Still can't get myself to open mine. Of late I have been reeling myself in and not opening anything as quickly as I would have in the past.

    I would probably be the same way. I usually do this with model cars, if its hard to get my hands on another, I don't open it.

    Ordered the Jabba's Sail Barge three days ago and received the set with the minifigure polybag. Also, not only order qualified for free shipping, but received the SW Clone Lieutenant polybag and 2013 Holiday Set. Plus, as a bonus, VIP double points. Not bad.

    Well, @1265 claimed on 10/23 that he placed his order "three days ago," so maybe it's not quite the 18th.

    Btw, I placed my order on the 18th and did get it.

    I was going to make another order, but now I'm unsure if the minifigure will be included.

    So is the date or the place it's shipped from? Mine was shipped out of Olive Branch, MS. I would still suspect supplies are getting low.

    Mine (from Oct 21) was Olive Branch as well. I have an Oct 23 Olive Branch shipment which should be arriving tomorrow.

    My shipping address was from Southhaven, MS. Since the city is just West of Olive Branch, is this the same as originating from Olive Branch? Or are they separate warehouses in each city?

    I received 3 more friends animals today and 3 more store minifigs, making me and my friend @xviloria very happy. Think I'm gonna chance one more round of the animals as my best friend's daughter has the others and they're now on sale for a dollar and a penny off (man these cost me an extra $3.03 booo hooo!) I must say i'm very happy with this uiet little promotion. I orderd these on the 18th according to my account on [email protected]

    Hmm, I hadn't realized that his "promotion" might be over, as I ordered yesterday hoping to get the figure, but now I'm reading that some people ordered recently and DIDN'T receive one...

    So I might have placed an order for nothing..

    I ordered #10232 on the 18th. I did get the Christmas set and the movie sticker but no store mini-fig. It got delivered on the 22nd.

    Glad I'm hearing this before placing another order.. then again it still is Double points so still worth it to get a couple of sets that cannot be discounted, and the holiday box #1.
