Watch out for a more detailed blog post by DrDaveWatford in the morning here in the UK with some very early photographs of the set in all its glory.

Everything except the extra 2 wall sections shown in the first pic. Strange they'd include the extra walls in that pic though, don't think I'd buy 2 sets just to complete a mirror image of the whole scene.
The lion noble man and green dress are a nice new addition, as is the black falcon Knight (though I wonder why they gave him green as his secondary colour rather than blue? Like the old black falcons?).
I doubt this indicates an introduction of the black falcons, but more like a AFOL in-joke to generate a bit more excitment (and keep the tradition/cliche of the solitary black knight).
Probably wouldn't get two, as a single set is nice enough to display, but clever that TLG are luring people in with that suggestion!
Feel this might be Kingdoms' final hurrah.
(shame that the King is the same as the carriage attack, but at least means I don't have to get that now, as this set is a MUST! Though strange that they changed the Lion Queens hair colour from the advent calendar).
Also, it was great to meet you today :o)
