Bats
Spider webs
Ghosts
Rats
Minifig head pumpkins
Minifig head skulls
Skeletons
Bones long and short

Any that I missed?

Either lightsaber handles or something similar with a flame piece atop it to represent a torch. What dungeon or lynch-mob ready to storm Frankenstein's castle is complete without them?

Several of the Series 1-11 Collectible minifigs, Rock Monsters, Ogres, Trolls, Aliens (old & new) Skeleton horses, the large spiders from HP & LOTR, Ringwraith & the black horse, Golum, any headless minifig, broken LEGO elements and even some of the Bionicle stuff.

I bought two dozen business men and gangsters just to replace their heads with snakes, pumpkins, werewolves, skulls, etc. They look great, especially with matching hands.
