TLG Pallets

SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
Think you have a complete collection? Not until you have a genuine TLG wooden shipping pallet. Authentic timber direct from Billund. Not interested in keeping them as they are not boxed. Three available and I'm open to reasonable trade or purchasing offers ;-)

What on earth did you order to get a delivery on pallets???
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
Just a few odds and ends :-)

(Obviously this is just a silly post to lighten the mood a little although the pallets do actually exist as described)

Just imagine the size of the box you would need to ship one of those.
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027

  • carlqcarlq Member Posts: 792
Can you prove they're genuine Lego pallets, @SirKevbags? Do they have the "Lego" logo on the heads of the nails?
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
Is my word not good enough!? What is the world coming to!?

I've just checked the terms of the new trial ITD agreement. I can't let them go. They let you order whatever you want, no questions asked but you have to keep the pallets to send back the dud sets you can't sell. In fairness they pay the shipping both ways and give a full refund. Just don't tell @LegoFanTexas ;-)

@SirKevBags Is there a limit on how many I can buy (get's mum ready on speed-dial!)....

  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
@princedraven So long as they are for personal use then no limit :-)
  • princedravenprincedraven Member Posts: 3,764
Yeah they are purely for personal use, no problem.
But just a quick random question: Any idea what these sort of thing normally go for on ebay?
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Member Posts: 4,027
Probably a unique item. No sales history :-)
  • PaperballparkPaperballpark Member Posts: 4,268
Do you ship them on a pallet?
  • BumblepantsBumblepants Member Posts: 7,624
Wood it be a good idea to splinter this thread so collectors and builders can carve their own niche? Otherwise I am just going to log off.

@sirkevbags: do you have any selling history/feedback?
People, I think this might be a scam. Picture is misleading.

Yea, I thought there was a "1 per" limit on these?? And I thought bragging was frowned upon then you come in here bragging you got three of these? Won't anyone think of the citizens of Hungrystan..

I want a pallet with the word 'LEGO' picked out in wood on the top of each plank, otherwise I'll know I've been fobbed off with an inferior brand.
  • andheandhe Member Posts: 3,940
I'd be interested, but I hear they'll be giving away chromed pallets in the next promo.

Whats the code on the long side of the pallets, on the chipboard block (aka the pallet leg)? Normally it will be the initials of one of the european railway companies. Its an approval stamp. Denmarks will be DSB Czech will be CZD

Is there a Bricklink code? Or a Palletlink code?

These pallet photos are a bit too close for work for me!

I am so mislead with your post and the picture @SirKevbags, selling the wooden pallets with our without the LEGO goodies :D ?
