[Master thread] Help identifying parts, sets and minifigs

Anyone recognize this vintage hull piece? Probably early 1990s based in the other pieces in the lot I picked up

@jamiew Do the pieces say "LEGO" anywhere on them? The studs look smooth to me which indicates that you have M*** Blech.

PT1- 2 and PT2-7 are both Star wars rebel troopers, PT2-9 is spiderman, PT2-18 looks to be kimono girl from series 4 CMF PT2-11 A gryffindor torso, PT1-14 I believe is Dobby. PT2-15 looks like Anakins Padawan torso, PT1-12 as far as I can tell looks like a SW Tie pilot and PT1-7 is I believe a shadow trooper. PT1-13 looks very much like a SW hoth torso and PT1-10 I am pretty sure is a torso from an Indiana Jones theme character but I could very well be wrong.

PT1-3 is an SW imperial officer early variant torso :)

tensor- lol I know Spiderman but did not know if there was like 10 versions of him. In order to match his legs and head to him and the others its best to go to where people know legos better than I. I know vintage/80s/90s legos a lot more than I know modern.

Agree with @tensor, but I will tell you those I know from memory:
PT1 4 is a generic skater or city person, usually with blue arms, maybe in city corner.
PT1 8 is a generic worker, used in a lot of newer construction and car sets.
PT1 9 is an airline pilot
PT1 10 is Mutt from Indiana Jones (maybe from Peril in Peru set with the pilot)
PT1 18 is a motorcycle policeman from the 1990s

PT2 5 is an Exo Force "pilot"
PT2 12 is Leia from Hoth

For the rest, try to go to http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&catString=485 and simply browse through all the pages ... It is hard work though.

Wow see, I knew if I went to the masters I would get schooled. I LOVE learning figs I do not know off the rip and it's so amazing that there is super kind people around here that are helpful!

pt1-14 is dobby from set 4731 (@Legobutterfly)
pt1-11 is Mary Jane from set 1374
pt2-4, 17 & 19 are Fantasy Era Castle torsos (came in lots of sets)
pt2-10 is a Pirate series 1 torso (also came in a lot of sets)
And I am sure you recognized the HP torso (pt2-11) from any number of sets

peterlinddk- Thanks. I do not mind hard work at all, and will be doing lots of digging myself. Sometimes its good to have people that know off their head a specific figure though as it can cut a little time out of my research. My figure collection is getting insane now with all these moderns. THANKS!!!

Thanks everyone. Some of these I DID know but didn't know if some sort of small difference I didn't see/notice that others would that could potentially make it a different figure than I would have thought. Sometimes with Stormtroppers/clone/sand/etc and others small little things can change the figure completely.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently attempting to rebuild the Hurricane Harbour set #6338
I've lost the ramp base plate though, so I need to buy a new one.

Can anyone tell me exactly which shade of grey is supposed to come in this set?
I've found it listed as 'OldGray', but on eBay I can only find 'Old Dark Gray' and 'Old Light Gray'.

So which of these is the right one to replace the missing piece?

What do you make of that white structure in the bottom left corner? The guy wants $995 AUD for the lot.

^ I had not seen that one, #7676 Republic Attack Gunship I think. I also see #7789 Lotso's Dump Truck hiding in there.

$995 AUD seems well worth it to me, although it never hurts to negotiate if you can of course. Having taken a quick look at eBay, the Bulldozer and MTT alone seem to be getting up to around $750 AUD in total.

Hi all, long time since I have posted in here, but bought a job lot and have 3 minifigs I am unsure of. Anyone know who or what sets these are from? Also the Elephant type figure is bizarre but have a few different versions of this.

The elephant is fabuland, here. The clone trooper looks like it may be from #8014 Clone Walker Battle Pack but is missing a visor. The third one is a mixed fig, the head is from the space police series, see this.
The body and legs are from Onaconda Farr, SW theme, specifically #8036 Separatist shuttle but I noticed there's also a magnet set with him in it too.
