For Sale: Large Harry Potter Bulk Lot 8.7 Pounds - Diagon Alley, Hogwarts Castle, The Burrow-

For sale today I have a large Harry Potter bulk lot that includes:
#10217 Diagon Alley
#4842 Hogwarts Castle
#4840 The Burrow

I am not sure if these items are complete, as I have not built them. There are NO instruction manuals, however instruction manuals can be used for free on this website :o)

However, as you can see from the pictures attached, and the amount that the lot weighs (8.7 pounds, the tub is included in that weight total), there is quite a lot of pieces here. The sets do look to be close to complete, however I'm selling them AS IS.

If you are interested, you MUST read the following. I'm not going to sugarcoat this story. I purchased these items, and when they arrived on my doorstep they had one of the strongest smoke smells ever. I have my tricks of the trade, and have done my best to rid all the pieces and figures of this smell. I've been working on cleaning this lot the entire week, airing it out among other things. There is still a very slight smoke smell, however it is not overly obvious. If you purchase this lot and want to get rid of the smell, you very most likely can quite easily. I've already done most of the grunt work ;o)

I've taken quite a few pictures, please review them below.

I'm selling everything in two lots, or you can buy them both for a slightly discounted price.

LOT 1: All the pieces, 8.7 pounds.
LOT 2: All the Minifigures and accessories you see in the picture. I've pulled out everything I saw in the pieces lot, but honestly there may be an accessory/figure part that I may have missed.

Or, buy it all (LOT 1 and 2) for a slightly discounted price.

^Yes, there's quite a lot of pieces! I wouldn't be surprised if all the sets weren't 98%+ complete. But I'm going to stick with AS-IS, just in case :o)

I would have pounced on this as we are planning on doubling the size of the Hogwarts castle and adding more shops to our Diagon Alley but can't get past the idea of smoke smell. :-( Thanks for being honest about it @samiam391.

If you decide to separate any of these sets or even separate 10217, I'd be interested in just the Ollivander's (though I know it's a long shot).

@EKSam- Shame. Honesty is the best policy :o) I will say again though, if I can convince you, that the smoke smell isn't really that bad. Shoot me a PM if you are still somewhat interested.

@pillpod- Yes, unfortunately it is a longshot. If it doesn't sell on here I'll be throwing it up on eBay. I'd prefer someone on here get it though :o)
