Oooh so many questions, but I'll settle with this for now: Is it a non-corner building (I assume so)?
That said, if there is a "little chef" rat in the trash outside the back, all will be forgiven.

I think it will be interesting to see what it looks like.
On another thread, there's a video of them side by side to illustrate how similar they are.
I'm guessing it'll be an apartment above. Maybe the top floor could be an artist's garret, with an easel, paintings, they could reuse the CMF painter's palette and brush.... I'm getting a bit carried away now... :-S

2008: MS (yes i consider it a modular) split in two sections
2009: GG full building
2010: GE corner
2011: PS split in 2 sections
2012: TH full building
2013: PC corner
SO, 2014 might be split in 2 sections if we follow this pattern.
I don't think one could substitute for the other for any collector with an eye for architectural styles.
Of course even though this will be a Parisian restaurant, the main dish will be pizza with a side of hot dog.
