There is a Dark Stone Grey skull and an Earth Green crocodile which, if they are from the same set, are from #6241 Loot Island.
There's a brown tree on an Earth Green plate from #7956 Ewok Attack.
A Dark Red BIONICLE leg joint attached to a Cool Silver foot piece from #8733 Axonn.
White palisade walls and a Black and Dark grey jail cell door from #6093 Flying Ninja Fortress.
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=30083&colorID=14&in=A from #6774
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3010p02&in=S from: one of six brick buckets (because of their nature, I can't narrow it down farther).
Also, I see I mistakenly identified the large wheel here: That coupled with the fact there is http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=2476&colorID=3&in=A and the brown propeller lead me to change that from #4970 to #4980 .
And you have some pieces from #7036, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=6083&colorID=85&in=A, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3308&colorID=86&in=A and http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=55817&colorID=111&in=A.
And another walker leg that appears to be from #8014.
While I'm here, there are a few other pieces I spotted that while I can't provide concrete evidence for which of the few sets that use it you have, might be helpful to keep in mind when you're going through the lot (along with my guesses for the set it came from).
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3035&colorID=2&in=A plus http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=47990&colorID=85&in=A http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2417 and http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=6148 probably from #6241
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=50745&colorID=7&in=A from either #7914 or #7848 ;I'd tend to lean toward #7848.
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=87752&colorID=108&in=A and http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=95204pb01 so it might be #7052
What looks to be http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=2515&colorID=11&in=A from one of 4 sets.

Thank you to everyone who helped me identify 35 sets from the bulk lot I purchased. I really would have never identified half of those.
Billy
Looks like there is some busy building time! Congratulations.
The first torso is from Insectoids but has the wrong head, legs and hands.
Also, the Dark Red grill is apparently in no sets at all.
If it's Reddish Brown though, then I would guess at #7662 Trade Federation MTT, but that doesn't account for any of the other pieces or minifigs.
Often when a part has a sticker with some text (a number or name), you can search directly for that text in Bricklink's "Catalog items"-searchbox.
Searching for 442 will give you a list of four elements, where one is the panel you have. And a click later you will have the set info.
Your friendly neighbourhood searchspider :)
I am looking for the black plates which the CMF comes with as the stand. Does anyone know whats the ID or name that I should search on bricklink or lego PAB?
Thank you
