  nah its a case of ( no disrespect to PB) but manners with some folk were left at the door, it seems a case of greed over substance, common with a lot of forums, community spirt with some is long gone.

  A little bit of patience and manners goes a long way. That said, to the 5-6 people that have already purchased something on my list, I greatly appreciate your patience in responding to your inquiry. I've been overwhelmed with messages of interest and there's this little thing called 'work' that always manages to get in the way.

  I can definitely echo @bishop_beth's sentiments - I got a prompt reply from @phonebooth after dropping him a PM last night (and lucky enough that everything I enquired about was still available, yay!). Nothing but a positive experience so far.
  
  @Luo_Guanzhong If you use ebay, maybe you could consider adding a link to your profile in your purchase-related PMs. As this was my first buy from the marketplace, I made sure my message included a link to my profile - just to show that I'm a reliable buyer with nothing but positive feedback. I'm aware it's an unknown quantity dealing with someone for the first time, so I was open and honest and wanted to reassure phonebooth that there was nothing to be wary of in selling to me. Also, if you're a Lego lover like me (which you must be to be here in the first place!), why not try joining in discussions elsewhere on the forum - talking brick on a fairly regular basis with others should mean your name is recognisable ("hey, I've got a message from that guy who told us about building this set, or shared a deal with us on that set"), which in turn could help your PMs get a more timely response.
  
  Anyway, I'm far from an expert on this, just wanted to share a couple of the things I think helped me with my first marketplace deal - sorry to hear it's not gone well for you so far, but don't give up and I'm sure you'll have better luck soon!
