^ Mr. Gold wasn't actually "first"; the first winner got to pick whichever prize from the pool they wanted. Just so happens Mr. Gold was selected. But I agree, maybe the second most popular prize could wait until last.

People enter to win the main prizes so pulling them out last would narrow the chances of previous winners. Although they may have won an "average" polybag at the start of the raffle, they would surely rather have an extra chance to win the bigger ones instead. If later on you win the "average" polybags then fine.

Its clearly been said that prize allocation will start again at 8pm ;-)

I needed a phonecall last night to have it explained to me a name mention mid draw was so distressing :-)

@kevbags - True, although I am happy enough with how my exam went regardless :)

Nevertheless, it is always nice to know that there is a place out there for me running raffles and the like. I cannot say that the working hours or pay seem very good though...

^ But a warm fuzzy glow does not buy Lego unfortunately!

Maybe I am just a bit tired, or my phone's picture is poor, but what is it? A skeleton?

@CapnRex101 Don't worry about exams. You're a pup. When the current old timers @Huw and @drdavewatford are sitting on a balcony in rocking chairs saying that Martian ABS is shite and longing for good old Chinese stuff, the current mid timers @legoboy @atkinsar @MinifigsMe will have been promoted to overlords and you will be needed to run raffles. No time for work complications.

    Cheeky sod !

@drdavewatford I'm sorry you're right. I know you would never long for Chinese ABS ;-)

I'd love to challenge you on the "old timer" accusation, but, well, it's kinda true I guess...

I've just caught up on the thread. Very entertaining stuff. I'm sorry I missed it "live", I was working through the night but will be here for part 2 at 8pm!

Very pleased to have won, thanks once again to everyone involved.

If everyone can please be patient on prizes being shipped. They are located all over the world and I don't know where the majority of winners are yet!

Well that’s ruined the illusion that I had somehow formed that you had group of glamorous assistants parading the prizes around your living room whilst the winners were being drawn like some dodgy 80’s quiz show! ;)

You lot have forced my hand! I wanted two mystery prizes but that one isn't a mystery anymore. So I've had a rummage and found two more mystery items. These three new prizes (including the one already worked out) Will become available only when original prizes have been allocated so based on last nights performance its going to be after 10pm.

^ I wonder if there might be another mystery prize? Perhaps a LEGO speedboat? Or perhaps a LEGO set of crystal glasses? :-)

I am back in now from Work, fed and watered and ready for Day 2 of the teaBag raffle. I have decided tonight whilst it is on, I will sort my spare mini figures in between intermissions and internet lag.

I have made a flask of Coffee so I don't have to get off my bum and am ready to go. Roll on 8pm :)
