Wanted: Massive Minifig Swap (UK)

Hi

My daughter is looking to swap out some of her spare MiniFigs in an effort to collect a full set, she is 5 and has been inspired by reading the new Character Encyclopaedia and wants to get one of each pictured in there, although i spent most of the afternoon trying to explain why she won't be getting a Mr Gold (covered in other threads :( ).

I agreed to front the swapping but she isn't allowed to spend any of her pocket money (and nor am I, which may be harder :))

Anyway here is a list of the figures she has to swap, all are opened and complete but not played with (see picture for group photo), really looking for 1-1 ratio swaps but don't mind negotiating for some of the harder to find figures esspecially as she missed all of series 1, there are a lot of spares here (over 100)

    Hi Matt,

    I have a spare sealed in packet santa that I am willing to send to you foryour daughter, no swap or money required.

    My son is also collecting and also 5 and I know how much he wants to complete his collection so am happy to send santa off for your little girl if you'd like.

    Thanks. Genuinely these are all my daughters (well I paid for them, but I don't think that counts as ownership anymore :) ) so as long as she is happy to swap and understands what that means I am happy.
    She was very excited this morning to learn people were responding, she has a check list going now, 5 going on 15 this one.

    On the understanding front my daughter has decided the mermaids are not for trade.
    Can't have a little girl parted from her mermaids :)

    Just found a Mermaid your little one can have that was spare. She can build an army of Mermaids like @kwkw with Romans. :)

    Thanks for the responses so far, all swaps where I have addresses have gone out today, my daughter is very excited. Everyone who has been in contact has been very kind.
    Just 10 more to go for a full run of 1-9 so any help would be appreciated now, happy to swap several of our spares for 1 missing fig if that helps, anything to avoid Evilbay or Bricklink and thus keep our promise of no money being spent (or extra money being spent as my non-lego loving wife points out :) )

    Inching closer. Thanks for the heads up about swapfig.com I have two pending swaps there so see how that goes.

    Ok the Hulk poly has gone (no surprises) but I got a clown so not a bad swap. Just the 4 to go now, any help with the zombi will be appreciated, I suspect that will be the tough one to swap :)

    So, so close now, happy to say via another good swap I now have a zombie on the way. I am slightly less optimistic about the magician swap agreed on swapfig.com but we will see.

    So for now we are down to the last three

    A giant thanks we are now there, trades, swaps and several,acts of kindness have completed the quest and my daughter has either in hand or en route all the figures to make a full set...

    I will pop in a massive thank you in the feedback section in a few days for everyone that has helped out but I doubt I can say this to much - THANK YOU. Everyone that has helped out has been fantastic and a true reflection of the Brickset community. My daughter is super excited and can't wait to line all the figs out and I can wait to snap a cheeky photo of her and her figs and will post up here once we have.

    Ha, I hope not. Funny though I was explaining how hard it was to find a zombie and how 'rare' it was as a figure and my daughter corrected me saying i was wrong, Mr Gold was the hardest to find... I have however set an expectation that she won't be getting one, maybe in a year or so when the Evilbay price drops down to £50 or so :)

    Slightly annoying but it seems that the two agreed swaps I made on swapfig.com have hit snags, I.e. I shipped out my figs and the others people haven't shipped theirs (after almost 2 weeks of excuses or silence). The new site may be a good idea but until the user base ups its game I would be very wary of using this site again.

    So as a result I now need to geek swapping and look for two figures:
    S1 Magician
    S3 Space Villain
