WTB 9v train motor - metal wheels, not newer plastic - Help?

Hi guys.

I recently spent pretty much all my money on a bulk lot of legos. I was mostly interested in the 4534 train set. However, I have a pretty serious problem. The pin on the top of the motor that clicks into the holes on the bottom of the engine has one side broken off, rendering the entire unit useless.

I am on a very limited income, so this was a pretty big deal, and I have no way of making it right other than purchasing a new motor. Unfortunately, people on ebay are asking 69 - 99 for the motor I need, and the sites like grofsmid bricks, well, they're cheaper, but the shipping prices they're asking for make it just as much as on ebay. I am probably going to resell this set later on, but if I spend 69.00 on a new motor, I will lose money, not gain it.

Could anyone possibly point me somewhere where I can get a replacement without having to completely empty my wallet (again)?

You should be able to get a good used motor from Ebay for about $35.00. If you are patient and wait until summer comes along it can be had for less. You can also sell your broken motor believe it or not. Many of the Lego 9V trains don't need the center pin to operate correctly, such as the 4563, 4559, etc.
